About: I have had pets my whole life. My first cat grew up with me. My parents got him while I was in Preschool. I have many fond memories of him, and used to help with his care whenever I could. I have house/dog sat for neighbors while I was growing up. I have experience raising a Pitbull, he was an awesome brindle coated sweetheart. He was my roommate's dog but I loved him as I would my own. I also raised a Shiba Inu, she was amazing. So beautiful, and loyal. She was my best friend for 14 wonderful years. Anyone who knows that breed knows that they can be especially challenging, but we got along great. I volunteer at Cascades Humane Society in Jackson. I love going there in my free time to walk dogs, cuddle or play with cats or just try to help with anything I can. Currently my close family (parents and siblings) have six dogs and six cats combined between all of us. I am also the Dogfather to some of them, and they would come to me if anything happened. Right now I have a 13 year old rescue cat named Daisy. She gets special food from the vet, and regular pills. She also gets lots of love and lap time. I also have a Norwegian Buhund puppy. He is super friendly and outgoing. I have walked dogs of all sizes and personalities. From Huskys that want to go, go, go! to lazy little dogs just want to sniff and stroll. With our own fur baby. We have a regimented feeding schedule with our cat. Breaking up her can of food into many smaller meals throughout the day to help her with her conditions. Our dog gets multiple daily walks and lots of attention as he is still just a pup and prone to “tasting” things he shouldn’t. We’re doing lots of redirection. I spent years as a maintenance man for a property management company. I also spent years as an appliance repair man. Respecting people, their homes, and furry friends is nothing new to me. I have been trying to absorb as much information about animal behavior as possible and do my best to communicate with animals in a way they understand. Giving your dog a friendly greeting is very different from how most people greet them. Some need some time and an indirect approach. Walking straight toward a dog head on is instinctually considered quite rude in canine interactions. Cats also have their own language and way of doing things. I try hard to always respect that.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for two years now, from the big and strong pit bulls to the little shih Tzus. I can adapt and learn from any behavioral your pet may have, and work with it. I have been told how my kind actions and words help the experience of a new dog meeting me to open up. I know how to calm aggressive or hyper dogs without need of harsh words or abusive actions. I am completely free to take care of your pet(s), no matter the day or time. I am very flexible, so if you were to have a cancelation I will most likely be able to move around it. As I had said in a previous statement, I have pets of my own! While they are not aggressive, I am not able to keep any other pets at my home. At your home, I will be sure to keep track of your pet(s) at all times, making sure they are safe and comfortable. I will clean up after any messes they make, being sure to leave your place spotless as it had been when I arrived.

About: I have years of personal experience with numerous breeds of dogs that I have owned. Your fur family member will be in great hands! I also have sat many breeds large and same and have many references. My home is a nice quiet place for senior dogs and dogs with anxiety. I don't have any of my own personal pets and there aren't any small children. I only dog sit for one family at a time so your pet can get his or her own individual care. I also allow pets on furniture and in my bed at night. Each pet gets walked daily along with alot of play time to get rid of all the pent up energy. Lots of love and cuddles also!

About: Personal dog, cat and hedgehog owner! I love every kind of animal! Recent a stay at home dog mom so would love the opportunity to come love on your babies and take care of their needs. About: I will care for your fur babies just like my own. I have 3 dogs of my own. 1 senior beagle, a 4 year old lab/pit mix, and a 5 month old lab puppy. I’ve had dogs my whole life and have cared for them from puppy to senior. I’ve also had 2 cats before as well. No challenge is too big or small for. I would love to watch your fur babies while your away with the piece of mind that they are safe and loved. I do prefer meet and greets prior to any stay with your animals, either at your home or somewhere neutral. If a meet and greet can’t be made, you must be okay with my husband coming with me. I work part time and my schedule is 5 days on and 9 days off. I would need a few days notice about any possible appointment due to my schedule. However it does leave me open for extended stays. Due to having 3 of my own dogs at home I prefer to watch your dog/cat at your home. This ensures I can provide the most care and attention for your animals needs.

About: I’ve taken care of many different animals from many different families. I’ve never had anyone disappointed with my care. I have experience in the basic dogs and cats, but also with small mammals, reptiles, and aquatic animals. I work with each animals individual needs. All while I continue to learn more about all animals as I continue my education at Michigan State University for Zoology. I currently am free all day, everyday. The start of fall 2024 I will be going back to school and will be available in between classes (schedule will vary) and any time after classes. In your home, the animal will already feel safe. About: I’ve grown up with dogs, and cats my whole life. I know when it comes to your pet's they're treated and cared for just like they are one of your own kids. They will get as much play time at the park as they need, walks, or even baths if needed! The weekends I have a bunch of free time ! so if you want to get away without having to worry about leaving your fur baby at home alone, or if you want me to stop by and check on them I can do that! I will take them for walks or to go play at the park! I’ve got a dog that lives to play with other dogs so if your dog doesn’t like to be alone and loves to play they will get along just fine! If need be I can crate my dog up so your dog can get the freedom to roam, or set up a barrier so they don’t get into an altercation. They will get plenty of exercise, and I can spoil them with treats. If you have your pet on a scheduled diet I can tend to that!

About: Hello and welcome to my page! My pet care experience had begun at the early age of 2 when I had my first best fur friend. He was a grey schnauzer and also mine and my grandma's protector. His name was Buster, but I called him "butt-two" and he lived a very happy and exciting life. At the age of 8 I had gotten two of my very first dogs, Sady and Chloe. They were Jack russells and extremely full of energy! With my mother working and my sisters busy with their friends, I took on full responsibility of them and completely loved it. Shortly after, we added a cat - Harley. Harley was a very loving yet independent cat. I loved her as if she was my own child. She has passed and that was a very tough loss for me. Now, I am without a fur friend and looking to care for any cat or dog to fill in that missing spot in my heart. I am pretty flexible with scheduling and will consider any price changes!
