About: I've taken care of dogs my entire life, and have owned multiple rescue dogs since I was 22 years old. I often assist my neighbors and family with their pets. My dogs are 100% my top priority! I have 2 small dogs who I currently take out every 2-3 hours. I am a dedicated dog momma that prioritizes them, making pet care a daily routine. I adjust to the temperament of the dog. It's important to make them feel comfortable in the home at all times. I let my dogs graze, with food and water available to them at all times. But this can be adjusted to your pups needs. Hailee is incredible! Did a great job taking care of our girl and keeping us updated throughout our time away! We loved hearing all the updates and seeing all the pictures! We felt like our house was safe and even more importantly, our girl was safe! Leaving your house and pet in the hands of a complete stranger is hard but Koda does best at home when we go away. We loved knowing that Hailee took time everyday to play and engage with koda. It made us so happy. She really went above and beyond. Kept to koda’s schedule and kept our home clean! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
