About: I have owned and cared for both dogs and cats all my life. I have a years experience as a kennel tech handling reactive dogs for work and 3 years working with my own. Im very familiar with multiple training methods. I work part time on James Island. Available for afternoon walks and check ins, and on my days off, house sitting given enough notice beforehand. I can handle couch potatoes and working breeds. Ill provide the care best suited to them, whether that be a potty break or full on agility training session. About: I’ve been surrounded by various dog breeds and ages my entire life and learned to love senior dogs as my childhood dog grew older. I have experience with infant puppies to the late stages in life. I love to spend time with other people’s dogs because I 1) enjoy helping other people out but 2) can’t have a dog of my own right now and need somewhere to give all my love!!! I see clients throughout the week at various times, usually virtually, so my availability is pretty open! Fridays work a little differently, but I will also make sure to update you on that! I am free for check-ins, but also LOVE sitting at home with the dogs when I can - especially since I can use remote platforms! I will mostly stay overnight for people in their homes and take care of their dogs + give lots of snuggles while families are on vacation. I will feed the dogs, give them medications if needed, make sure water is kept clean and full, play in the yard (if available), take on walks, snuggles, etc :)
About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a small kid and love all animals. Will make sure they are happy but also most importantly make sure they are safe! I have a “dog room” set up in my house, which includes protective flooring for accidental messes, a dog friendly couch, and camera monitoring system. It is also gated. I also have the ability to crate your loving pet if needed. I have an xl crate, so you wouldn’t need to bring one. In a client’s home, I am very respectful of your space and always clean up after myself. You will often return home with washed linens and tidied space. I will abide by any rules you set and am always easily able to get in touch with during my stay in your home. I provide daily photo/video updates of your fur baby.
About: I’m very cautious with all of the fur babies and making sure they are safe and very happy with me. I’m a very lovable person. I’m available anytime! I can get busy but that’s ok because I’m willing to make you happy and your fur babies. I love being around animals. I make sure your pets are fed properly and that they are happy and I will definitely make sure that they don’t get into trouble with anything.
About: I will love your animals as they are my own and send constant updates for you. I will stay in your home and make them and you as comfortable as possible. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
