About: I am a dog person to the core, and would love the opportunity to care for your furry companion! I live in Troutman, NC and would be able to do drop in visits mornings and evenings or take dogs for a walk and play. I have have grown up my whole life with a pet dog, and have experience with dog breeds such as Rat Terrier, Dachshund, Jack Russel, Black Labrador, German Shepherd/American Dingo, Yorkies, and a variety of other breeds. I am a Christian, have a Master's Degree, and am looking forward to this opportunity to provide care for this special part of your family! I am compassionate, understanding, and careful in caring for dogs, and enjoy playing with them and bonding with them as well. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to meet your dog and provide dog sitting services to put your mind at ease when you are not able to care for them yourself! I am also open and have assisted with cats as well! I usually work Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM except for major holidays. I usually can assist in the morning and evening/nights. Depending on the distance from my work, I may be able to do during lunch breaks too if needed! I love caring for dogs/cats in the comfort of their own home. In my experience the anxiety levels for animals can already be bad enough when their family is gone, but being in their own home comfortable and familiar with their routines definitely helps make things better!

About: I’m Lawrence and I love dogs. Pet sitting is so rewarding! I also love that I have the freedom to work at home, while caring for animals. Our neighborhood is dog-friendly and perfect for walking. The streets are calm and you can rest assured your dog is in safe hands when walking around my neighborhood. We have a great park across the street from my house which, with your permission, I’d love to take your pup to. I have a range of experience with all sizes, breeds, and personalities of pups. I grew up with Shepherds and Labs but have spent time with many dogs. My fiancé Gabby will be there as well to provide extra cuddles. My clients have fallen in love with her natural ability and calmness. She’s a great partner and your pup will be lucky to have us both in their care. When I’m not spending time with pups (or when I am), I enjoy relaxing with Gabby, developing video games and skateboarding.

About: Hi! I'm a huge animal lover and would love the opportunity to care for your pets. I have a pit bull/Lab mix of my own, so I know how important it is to leave your pet with someone you trust. I've also cared for my nanny family's dog, so I'm comfortable with walks, feeding, playtime, keeping up with routines, and giving medications if needed. I'm happy caring for pets of any age or size. I decided to join Rover because I'm looking for a summer job doing something I genuinely enjoy. I love spending time with animals, and I know every pet has their own personality, so I'm happy to be patient and let them warm up at their own pace. I'll treat your pets the way I'd want someone to treat my own, with lots of care, attention, and love. I also know how reassuring updates can be, so I'm always happy to send pictures and check in while you're away. I can't wait to meet you and your pets! About: I have always had pets of my own that I have taken care of since I was very young, however, when I turned 14 I started helping take care of other peoples animals as a hobby and for extra money. I have stayed over night numerous times to take care of all kinds of animals for my family and friends, and a few neighbors. I really enjoy spending time walking, playing, and just loving on the animals. I have 2 pets of my own (a dog and a pig) so no animal will scare me away! I currently work part time nannying so I have more than enough time to spend with your pets! The best part of it is I can always adjust my schedule to fit yours a little better! I am very easy going and good at adapting to your needs, I will make sure you fit babies get plenty of exercise and water, not to mention LOVE! I am experienced with animals who are more comfortable being in a crate at night or when nobody is home as well as those babies who get to just relax around the house.

About: Retired registered nurse, knows CPR and can administer meds. I love all pets, but can only board small pets in my home. If boarding in my home I prefer house trained and good with other small dogs. Can work with your pet on house training, crate training, and basic commands. I have never met a cat or dog I did not like and that did not like me in return. I would love to get to know you and your fur prince or princess. I can travel up to 20 miles, after that I need to charge more to compensate for gas. In the midst of training? I can help, I reward with praise and can reinforce your commands. I can not board cats, my old gal will not allow it. I am retired and other than occasional trips can modify my schedule to meet your pets needs. If your dog likes the dog park we are happy to go for a ride there. I have a fenced yard and 2 littles, one loves to play, the other is an observer. There is no way the dogs can get out of the yard.

About: I have cared for dogs since I was about 12 years old. My entire family has been dog lovers since before I can even remember. I began caring for dogs as a hobby and eventually began to receive payment for it as people started to recommend me to their friends and family. About: I’ve always loved being around animals and making sure they get the best care. I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, and small pets. I’m comfortable with any animal! I’m currently a full time nanny but during the school year, I have some availability from about 9Am to 12PM Monday- Thursday. I’m also available after about 5:30 PM Monday- Friday. I have 6 cats and 2 guinea pigs that I take care of in my home. They all get fed daily and cleaned up after.

About: I’m a dog owner of a 4-year-old German Shepherd with epilepsy and an 8-year-old Beagle. Caring for my Shepherd has given me hands-on experience administering medication on a consistent schedule, monitoring for seizures and staying calm and responsive if one occurs. My dogs are also decently trained, so I’m comfortable reinforcing basic commands and maintaining structure. Having two completely different types of breeds also gives me experience with a different energy level and the attention to both of their different needs. Together they’ve taught me how to balance exercise, rest, mental stimulation, and individualized care for dogs of different sizes, ages, and temperaments. Being a military veteran I am also reliable, and consistent. I have lived with dogs all of my life and love meeting all kinds of different breeds. I’m happy to follow your routines closely, send regular updates and photos, and provide the calm, consistent care that helps dogs feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m currently on terminal leave from the military and will be starting my graduate program soon, with classes only on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This gives me a flexible schedule with plenty of free time on the other weekdays, evenings, and weekends. I’m available for sitting, and walks most days and can easily adjust around my class times to provide pet care. I’m experienced with dogs of different sizes and temperaments and will follow your routines, medication needs, and any special instructions closely. I can crate when needed and always prioritize supervision, safety, and lots of positive interaction so your pup feels comfortable and well cared for.

About: I used to work in a Petshotel taking care of dogs and cats. I have a passion for making animals happy and providing them the the proper care they need. I can administer medications in a variety of ways and have been able to monitor multiple dogs at once during playtimes. I have had 10 dogs in my lifetime, and I can't wait to meet even more. I ask that I meet every pet before hand to make sure we will be a good fit before providing services. I recently graduated with my masters, so I am on the hunt for a full time job. Currently my availability is fully open, but is subject to change later. About: Growing up I've always had a love for all types of pets, I've had a few family pets that I would take care of as well! What sets me apart from other sitters is that I strive to create a bond with your pets! Usually, I would like to set up an appointment ahead of time to meet your loved ones and we can create a bond, I would like to take this time to see if they're comfortable with me based on body language & behaviors! I have experience working with all kinds of pets, and I've worked at boarding facilities. I have experience working with reactive animals and I currently have a reactive dog!! Any extra knowledge I have is because I have a great sister who is a veterinary technician! I currently work 2 jobs, both of which are Thursday-Sunday. At one of my jobs I work overnight, so there is a possibility I will have to leave to work in the middle of the night and will be back by morning. Along with my 2 jobs, I am also a college student, with that being said I have to attend in-person classes during the week. I am able to care for your loved ones before, between, and after work, and make it a priority to give your animals quality care & all the love I can. If you have any questions about my schedule please feel free to reach out! I keep a close watch on my own pets as well as the pets I look after. I would prefer a list/note of what type of pet care you expect, for instance writing a note with your animal's daily schedule and when/what to feed them! If your babies have any allergies or if there's anything specific you'd like me to know about your pet please also disclose that information. At the end of each stay/visit, I make it a point to include a brief summary of how your pet(s) behave, just to bring you up to speed! I like to send lots of photos and videos of your pet, so keep your phone close to receive ALL the love from back home <3
