Krista A.

“Krista took care of our pets during a week away and she was great! All three of our pets took to her easily (even the one who doesn't typically like strangers), communication was terrific, she sent lots of good photos, and besides doing all the things we'd discussed, she went above and beyond dealing with a pet-related issue and also just general being-away-from-home stuff. Thanks Krista!”

Savannah V.

“Savannah was the best! She took such great care of our pups and they loved her! She had great communication and sent updates and pictures! She went above and beyond to make sure our pups were happy. (Checking on them when it thundered and giving them extra pets and playtime) We will definitely hire her again and highly recommend her for pet sitting.”

About: I am the go to pet sitter for all of my friends and family because I treat their pets like my own. I grew up with pets, and have always loved being around them and caring for them. My dog, George, is my best friend and I always have a better day when I get to take him on long walks or snuggle with him. He is a “foster fail” and came from a traumatic living condition so I am familiar with pets that have additional needs. Although we are happy with one dog (for now), we love getting to watch other dogs and Rover is a great way for George to meet a new pal! All animals have different personalities and needs and I am excited to get to know and care for your pet(s)! Finally, I know as a pet owner how hard it can be to trust someone. I’d love to meet before booking so you can see how trustworthy I am with your animal(s) I know that working a traditional schedule is tough for pet care, but luckily I am free to help! My schedule is wide open, so just send me a request on what work bests for your pet(s). I can care for pets in my home and have a dog of my own to keep them company. I have the ability to crate if needed. I also like to take dogs on long walks or hikes around the area if they are up for it. I can do drop ins to make sure they go potty and have some socialization. I know that many animals do better in their own environment, so I am free to come watch them at your place. I am available for any kind of services that you or your pet needs.

About: I have a Golden Retriever named Holly at home. Holly loves all things. I grew up on a farm with all kinds of different animals. We take walks before work and hikes on local city trails in the evening. There is a dog park nearby. The weekends are for exploring, hiking and swimming adventures. I believe in and practice positive reinforcement regarding dog training and obedience. I use treats with my own pup but recognize not all dogs are treat motivated. Just let me know what motivates your own pup! Holly is trained on a running leash to run by my side. If your pup is as well, we’ll take her on a run. If walking is more your pet’s speed, I’ll make sure we go for an exploratory walk.

Kristie O.
“Kris has watched my dogs for two years and she’s just the best. My dogs LOVE her and she loves my dogs. One is a rescue who had a rough early life and he’s shy, but he really took to her right away and I think he even has a crush on her. The other is an older girl who thinks she’s still a puppy and she’s extremely high energy, to the point of being dangerous to her own joints. Kris visits twice a day and gives them A LOT of special attention both times, sticking around each visit and giving the old girl plenty of low impact exercise and making sure the shy one gets the love he needs. I also often come home to find she’s left a present for the dogs, like treats, in the dog food closet, and she even grabs my mail and feeds the fish in my big saltwater reef tank and makes sure everything is generally okay while I’m gone. I travel a lot for work, and you can’t beat the peace of mind of knowing she’s taking care of the pups while I’m gone, plus it’s very rare that she’s not available when I need her. She’s a real dog/pet person and just a really good person and I’m always grateful for her.”

Abbie C.

“Abbie was wonderful! Not only was she kind and easy to work with, but she also took the time to come over beforehand to meet me and my cat. She was very conscientious about my cat’s care. I will absolutely hire her again.”

Aidan T.
“Aidan has always been drawn to animals, they find and love him, wherever he goes. He is kind and loving with animals; he understands how precious and sentient they are, They are drawn to him because animals have a sense for kindness. He is hard working and dependable, he takes pride in doing a good job.”

About: I have grown up with animals since I was born, they were our family members, from cocker spaniels, to labs, mixed rescue cats and even a nest of orphaned baby robins! This April I just lost my baby dog of 14yrs. I rescued him when he was 3 months old. Let me give you peace of mind that your family member(s) will be treated and loved the same. I currently work from home, so I available and flexible whenever the need arises. Would love to host pets in my little peaceful house with a 6ft privacy fenced in yard or get out and about for some walks and park adventures. I have a small calming yard with lush grass and a tall privacy fence to host. I also have a welcoming home space, if needed I am experienced with crate training/comfort needs.
