About: I’ve cared for my own pets and worked professionally with animals at Black Beauty Ranch and Sky Ranch. At Black Beauty, I helped care for over 400 horses, donkeys, and cattle, including young, senior, and animals needing extra care. I handled feeding, medications, cleaning, and keeping records of changes in their health or behavior. That experience taught me to notice small changes, follow care instructions closely, and be patient with different personalities. I’ll take the time to learn your pet’s routine and keep you updated with pictures and messages while you’re away. I’m working part-time right now, so I have free time during the week for pet care. Let me know the dates and routine your pets need, and we can work out a schedule that fits. I’ll be clear about my work hours and any time I’d need to be away. I’ll care for your pets in your home and follow their usual feeding, medication, and exercise routines. Before starting, I’d like to meet them and go over their needs, any behavior concerns, and emergency contacts. Currently have a full time job but my predictable schedule allows me to make sure that I'm available as expected. I do have two cats and one dog, who are accustomed to other dogs and pets. I live in a fenced in 4 acres but also have a smaller yard for games and close monitoring outside play. For any overnight cat help I will have an extra play room prepared for them, or host them in my RV trailer next to the house so they have their own space for visits and overnights. Same can be done for dogs depending on temperament.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
