About: Hi, I’m Abby! Animals have always been a significant part of my life. I started – MyPetFriendsICT – as my very own local pet-sitting and homemade treat company in 2023 to help raise money for my competition dance team and colorguard activities, in addition to allowing me to pay my way for a nine-day educational trip to London & Paris, during my Senior year at Maize South High School. I was able to I graduated from Maize South High School in May 2025, and I am now an incoming freshman member of the ESU Marching Hornets Colorguard. Growing up with multiple dogs instilled a deep love for canine companionship. I also have a strong affection for other animals, including cats, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish, and reptiles. Currently, I have three dogs aged 5 to 13, all requiring daily medications, so I understand the importance of providing extra care. I am responsible and detail-oriented. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages—from playful puppies to senior dogs who need a bit of special attention. I will provide a loving and nurturing environment for your pets, whether for a day or an extended period. I strive to be as flexible as your schedule requires. Living on campus, I genuinely enjoy taking quick breaks from my studies to care for your furry family members. Not only is it beneficial for their mental health, but it also brings me joy and relaxation! Your pet's care will always adhere to your requests and instructions! As a full-time ESU student living on campus, I can only care for your pets in your home, but I promise to leave it just as I found it. I have experience staying in clients’ homes overnight for periods of up to several weeks, always ensuring I clean up after myself and your pets. I will care for your pet and keep them as safe as you would. I’ll love them as if they were my own, providing plenty of affection and attention. Additionally, I will follow any training, diet, or other instructions you leave for me. My goal is to make your life easier while prioritizing normalcy and maintaining your pets' routines.

About: As a senior at Emporia State studying Fisheries and Wildlife, I am making my passion for animals a career. From as early as I can remember, my family and I volunteered for the Pottawatome Humane Society. We worked with, walked, fostered, and trained all kinds of dogs from various backgrounds. Through my work at Sunset Zoo, I gained more professional training in animal handling and safety, and I continue working with and receiving education about animals at ESU. I have done pet sitting for friends and family for 4 years in Manhattan and hope to continue that work here in Lyon County! This school year I will be doing a decent amount of classwork and traveling, but the days and weeks I am in town and available will be flexible for all sitting and walking needs. I intend to provide advanced notice of when I am out of town I can provide waste bags for walks if needed and intend to communicate well with owners to ensure their dogs receive the best possible care. If your dogs are still being leash/ potty trained, I am happy to work with that too. I will always have a positive attitude when sitting or walking and will prioritize the owner's requests and the safety of the pets. I have a love for being active outdoors so high-energy dogs work great with me, but I'm always happy to care for more relaxed pups as well. Due to an allergy, I will be unable to take care of cats.

About: I help take care of my family's pets whenever they went on family trips and I work a sometimes on weekends I would watch my neighbor's cat. Im working part time at the moment so I would have plenty of time to play with your pups and/or cats. Monday, Wednesday, Friday noon to 5pm and Saturday noon to three pm. I am currently only able to offer dog walking and in home dog sitting at the moment so the way I would care for the pets would be based on how you would like. How to feed, when to walk, all of that will be up to you as the client.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets I’m available any week day before 9:00 a.m and after 2:00 p.m. and available all day on Saturday and Sunday. I have a college schedule which differs day to day but it leaves plenty of time for me to check in on your fur babies multiple times a day! To create a loving environment wherever I go, I care for all animals the same weather it’s in my own home or in my clients home, with taking care with basic needs and by giving them love and attention.

About: I have taken care of both dogs and cats all of my life. I adore both of these animals and have a great bond with them. I am fresh out of college, so I'm pretty available. This is perfect for me because I can work when I can and where I can. I feed my animals of a scheduled basis and feed them portions based on the vets recommendation. I have a gated backyard where I let my dogs play and use the restroom.

About: I’ve taken care of my family and friend’s pets for many years now and would love to help out more people local to me. I’m back home from college and am looking to find some opportunities! I am a college student that has 2 dogs and 1 cat. I’ve had pets my entire life and enjoy pet sitting for my family and college friends. I am free any week day or weekend while I’m back home for break. When I go back to school I’ll look for more opportunities near my university with limited availability. I will also be back home this summer with full time hours! I love to cuddle up with my animals and am not intimidated by big dogs. I am very active and would be happy to play with your pets or bring some toys for them to play with!

About: I am pursuing a degree to become a veterinarian. I currently work for a veterinary hospital and have plenty of animal care and handling experience. I am a full-time student but would love to take a study break to care for your furry friends! It's good for them and me! I will take care of your pet and keep them as safe as you would and love them as if they are my own as well.

About: I've homed a wide-range of pets throughout the years but mostly dogs! From 2 large St. Bernard's to a tiny rat terroir, I'm comfortable with any breed. I currently work full time Mon-Fri but I have an hour lunch break that I would love to use to give your precious pup a walk or potty break! I'm available weekends along with Monday's and Tuesday's for boarding. I have a large, fenced in backyard with lots of space to play! I also have a doggy door that leads into the fenced in backyard. I have three dogs (mini aussie, regular aussie, and bernadoodle) but they go between staying at my house & my boyfriend's house so if you have a dog that prefers their space from other dogs that is no problem at all!

About: I have taken care of dogs all my life. Growing up my grandma fostered all kinds of pups and that introduced me to the world of pet care. Later on in life I got a job working at a doggy daycare where I learned to take care of all varieties of dogs, ages, breeds, and personalities. I learned to take time and learn the individual dogs; what they need, how they play, what signals to look for, etc. There I also adopted my very own baby, Sugar. I absolutely LOVE dogs and I’ll take care of any like my own:) I’m currently in between jobs, so i’ll have plenty of time to play with your fur-babies!! I’m able to drop in for visits/walks through the week. Times between mon-fri, 8 AM- 8 PM I can easily adapt to different schedules depending on what you need. I have tons of experience with walking all sizes of dogs, taking care of pets in home, etc. Anything you may need:)

About: I’ve always had pets and always took care of them. I now have my own that I personally take care of and take care of friends and families pets. I have done drop ins and overnights for family friends and I also worked at a vet walking dogs and cleaning up their living spaces. I also fed both cats and dogs and gave them daily meds. I work full time, 9am-3pm wednesday-friday, 1pm-10pm saturday & sunday. i already do drop in visits 8am and 12pm monday-friday but i can make room in my schedule and off days to add more in. I have great transportation that I’m fine with taking animals in. I can take your pet to a dog park or to a trail to walk at and get them some sunshine. I have walked dogs through snow and rain so there’s no stopping me! I also am comfortable staying overnight at a clients home to take care of a pet. Also if you want your cat taken for walks I 100% can do that! I have been trying to get my cat to take walks but he’s still a little too small for his harness. I can also bring a harness for your cat to borrow if you don’t have one!
