“Maddy is the best! My dog is excited and wagggy as soon as we get close to Maddy's house! He acts like he doesn't want to leave. Must get plenty of play time because he comes home and we can all get some rest. Top notch communicator, and always pleasant!”

“Jenny is amazing. Made me feel at ease from the first meet through the first week of daycare. She is flexible and helped me with all the transitions of a new sitter while starting a new job. Dog daycare was the least of my worries thanks to Jenny. Jaxx got everything he needed while I worked. Definitely recommend Jenny.”

“So glad we found Tracy! She treated our pups with great care and affection. Her knowledge of pets and their behaviors is impressive. She allows them to set the pace for interaction, rather than push her agenda on them. It was also very reassuring to know that she is first-aid and CPR certified. The safety of our pets was paramount. We had some extenuating family circumstances that brought us to the area, and Tracy was so accommodating. Her willingness to flex our drop off and pick up times was so very much appreciated.”

“Stella had a great time! Really felt like they cared for her well, very happy with everything!”

“Melisha took good care of Kenai and tired him out, which is a very good thing. He was happy and didn't really want to leave. She took his high energy in stride, and I especially appreciate her taking him on at the last minute as it was kind of an emergency.”

“My pup recently stayed for Doggie Day Care at Holly’s. I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Holly is a true animal lover who treated my dog like her own. My dog got along great with Holly’s dog and she came home happy and well cared for. I highly recommend Holly as a caring dog sitter!!”

About: I want to offer quality , loving care for seniors and I want to keep my rates low because seniors tend to sleep a lot and it's hard to justify paying $50 daily to board a sleeping dog. I love older dogs and have lots of experience with them. I tend to only rescue seniors now because they just want to snuggle. My husband and I are both retired and have experience with administering meds. I currently have 2 senior dogs (one large and one small) who are very dog friendly however they do bark. And they don't want any dogs trying to play with them So if your dog gets anxious with barking or wants to play with them, especially during meet and greet, it may not be a good fit. I will only board one client at a time. I'm currently retired so I'm home all day. I have a fenced yard and a nice big couch to snuggle on. I'm home almost all day (aside from an occasional shopping trip). I have a fenced yard and 2 older dogs. I tend to baby my dogs and will baby yours too. I can give meds when needed. I would require a meet and greet prior to booking.

“Kelly did a great job communicating with both me and my boyfriend, sending us both pictures of the doggos during their stay. They had a great time and we’ll definitely be utilizing Kelly’s services again!”

“Alexandra and Robert were really wonderful pet sitters. I was in town to go to hershey park and i needed someone to watch my puppy while we spent the day at the park. I felt completely safe and comfortable leaving my dog with them and their dog got along well with mine so I knew Aikido would be happy. I got pictures while I was away and was very pleased with him in their care. I would recommend them highly as pet sitters! Aikido slept SO long after his play date - overall, 10/10!”

About: I've taken care of dogs my entire life, and have owned multiple rescue dogs since I was 22 years old. I often assist my neighbors and family with their pets. My dogs are 100% my top priority! I have 2 small dogs who I currently take out every 2-3 hours. I am a dedicated dog momma that prioritizes them, making pet care a daily routine. I adjust to the temperament of the dog. It's important to make them feel comfortable in the home at all times. I let my dogs graze, with food and water available to them at all times. But this can be adjusted to your pups needs. We also walk daily (at least once a day), and treats are provided after successful potties outside. I also provide a variety of toys, blankets, and beds for my dogs.

“Krista has dropped in and taken care of our dog and also our dog has done doggy daycare with her- both were great experiences! Krista is dependable and sent frequent check ups. Will definitely book with her again!”

About: I've been taking care of pets for as long as I can remember, from helping train them to giving them a bath n everything in-between. I do have work almost everyday, other then being with my animals lol! Its easier for me, for the morning but will always figure out something if needed in the afternoon Animals are part of the family even if it's our animals or yours. My yard is fenced in its not big, if you give me a list or instructions I'll follow them to the max. The safety of your home n animals and their health is most important.

“This was my first time using a dog sitter and Amy was great! She took the time to ask questions and get to know Bailey before I left her house and sent me updates throughout the day. While I know it will take Bailey some time to get more comfortable being away from me, I’m confident with Amy’s care and attention for her and have already booked another stay.”

“Allison was amazing! She was able to sit both my high energy dogs on short notice after another sitter had to cancel. She truly went above and beyond to make my dogs feel comfortable. We received multiple photos and updates throughout the stay. Her boyfriend even helped and provided extra attention. My dogs were very well cared for and excited to return to Allison’s after their first day. Each evening we picked up our dogs, it was clear that they had fun and were tired from the day. She really is a gem if you’re in the York area. We would definitely use her again in the future!”

About: I have had experience with dogs for over 20 years, and 2 years with cats/kittens. I am comfortable caring for puppies, senior pups, and large dogs as well. I have a passion for treating animals with the love, respect and care that they deserve. 🐾🤍 If you've never booked through Rover before, you can use code: CHRISS08258 when you book with me for $20 off your first time! I currently homeschool my 2 kids (ages 5 and 7), and work a part time job on the weekends. I have a lot of flexibility in our schedule to help with your animals! If an animal is being cared for in my home, we do not have a fenced yard and currently let our pup out on a chain with plenty of space to use the potty, or walks on the leash can be provided as well. We have a crate to use, if needed. We have a 1 year old golden retriever (Archie), and a cat (Isla), and 2 kids under the age of 10 that your animals would coexist with when being cared for in our home. We want to make your pet feel right at home when they are with us and will be happy to accommodate in any way we can so that you & your pet feel at ease when you're apart!

We have a newly fenced yard to keep your fur baby safe, with lots of room to run and play. We have a one year old black lab female that will be a great companion and playmate for your pet! We love going on daily walks as well and playing fetch in the back yard.
