“Angelita took wonderful care of our fur baby over two daycare stays when we vacationed to Lancaster. She was very communicative and provided lots of pictures to keep us informed and confident about the success of his stay. It’s evident that Angelita cares a lot about her dogs and their comfort. If we ever need help again when we vacation to Lancaster, we would definitely ask Angelita to watch him again. She even gave him some handmade dog treats and a bow tie at the end of his stay so we can remember our visit. Thank you for all the great help!”

“Lynnea was so great with our two pups! She sent us lots of photos and updates as the day progressed, and she took them out many times over the course of the day. Her pup Ruger was also so sweet and well-behaved with our older dogs. We will be using Lynnea again the next time we’re in the area! ?”

“Absolutely amazing! Jessica and her kids were the perfect fit to watch our 2 month old puppy and her little furry friends were so sweet. They treated him just like their own and I would love for them to watch him again!”

“Sujeong and Changsun (and Gucci) provided such excellent care for my pup, Jobu. I was traveling for an event and they helped so much. I know he was very well cared for. They shared such cute photos too :)”

“Amanda was quick to respond and answered all my questions. She was attentive to our puppy's needs and shared an update with us during the day. She was personable and treated our dog like one of her own. We would be happy to have her watch our puppy again!”

“Laken is extremely flexible and very accommodating and has been extremely welcoming of my my alternatively active and needy/loving rescue pup, Maddie for daycare once a week. Most recently, she has had to board her on short notice while I have been hospitalized…no small feat as Maddie does not warm up easily to strangers and can be mouthy at times. I am eternally thankful for Laken and her family for their help!!”

“I would highly recommend these guys. They had been doggie sitting my wild Buddy, Jack Russel from 11 weeks old consistently 2 days a week for 5 months with a game plan to end the end of August. Buddy jumps into his carry case on his days excited to go to their home. Clearly he feels safe and loved by Dane and Kayla. Thank you both for helping when others were not stepping up to take an untrained puppy. You guys were an enormous help during these trying times for me.”

“Gwendoline is a great dog sitter! She has a huge fenced in yard. She is knowledgeable when it comes to dogs with anxiety issues. Pictures and a video were sent from my dog's 1st day there.”

“Dakota and her boyfriend Ryan are wonderful pet sitters! Our puppy Timber loves playing with their dogs and always seems to have a great stay there. They have a nice sized fenced in yard for the dogs to run as well. Highly recommend them!!”

“This was a wonderful place for our dog’s stay! The property has a fenced in yard with agility equipment and lots of friendly dogs to play with. Marinda was very caring and responsible. You could not have a more experienced and knowledgeable care giver. I highly recommend this dog sitter!”

About: I was raised with Dalmatians, a golden retriever, pet lizards, fish, sheep and goats. As an adult, I've lived with and cared for boxers. Our first boxer, Jameson, lived a good life, passing at just shy of 13. We now have a happy go lucky almost 5 year old male, Phoenix. He loves making friends! We are a dog friendly family, with a fenced in yard and single home. We love dogs so much and they bring us such joy. We only accept bookings based on meet and greets. Thanks! I am employed full time, working from our home, so I am almost always available, aside from vacations or upcoming events. Our dog goes outside several times throughout the day. He eats promptly at 6:30 AM and 5 PM and is quick to remind us if we forget. He loves early morning walks, afternoon walks, and adventures to our surrounding parks and trails. We have a fenced in yard, a friendly boxer, and a friendly human child. Your dog would need to be friendly to kids and male dogs. We have 2 crates that could be used if needed, multiple dog beds, toys, and treats galore.

“Holly had her very first visit with a pet sitter. She is nine years old. My wife and I chose Amy and Patrick M and were very pleased with our choice.Amy reviewed Holly’s habits with us prior to the visit. Although she had a little separation anxiety, Holly was fine throughout her stay. We plan on using Amy and Patrick M again whenever a pet sitter is needed.”

“Our Deuce was rescued from an abusive situation nearly two years ago. He has learned to trust our family members, but can be very leery of others. I work from home and Deuce has grown accustomed to my presence and is comforted by it; he has a fair amount of anxiety when I am not around. We recently found the need to travel to the Lancaster area for an event. We did not have a good option at home for the three days/two nights we would be gone as Deuce’s normal sitters (family) would also be attending the event in Lancaster. So, I scoured Rover.com for sitters in the Lancaster area that I felt Deuce might feel the most comfortable with for the 8 hours this past Sunday that we would need someone to watch him. After reading bio after bio, review after review, looking at photo after photo, I found one sitter - Susan - that I thought, “if I am going to be comfortable leaving Deuce with anyone, it is going to be this lady.” Well, let me tell you, Susan did not disappoint! Everything about our first introductions, communications, etc., made me comfortable with our choice, and most importantly, Deuce was comfortable with Susan too - I could tell from the various photos and messages she sent throughout the day. Deuce even hopped up on the couch and sat next to Susan - he only does that with immediate family members. She worked with all of his quirks, and let Deuce be Deuce all the while helping him to feel as safe and comfortable as possible. My only disappointment is that Susan does not live near our home town :D - but we for sure know who we will be contacting for sitting services should we find ourselves in the Lancaster area again!”

“Deanna is a genuine warm hearted animal lover. She would provide any owner with the peace of mind their dog was going to be well cared for and know they received the love and attention they deserved. She is a knowledgeable, reliable, devoted caretaker. And her furry friend Pj is a great companion and welcoming buddy who would love to have a buddy around. Deanna was very supportive when our family welcomed our new dog to our home and helping us introduce him to other dogs starting with PJ and she made it the most relaxed experience for both us and our animals. Anyone would be lucky to have Deanna care for their dog.”
