Michael provided numerous updates on Sophie with videos and pictures. Sophie is a mature lab and required special attention with feeding and daily medicine which Michael handled well. “James did a fantastic job taking care of my dog for a week, soon after I moved to Fort Myers. His house and yard are very clean and spacious, and he has a friendly dog (Myles) who was great company. James, himself, is clearly a devoted dog person himself, and is also clearly motivated to do a great job as a dog-sitter. It was obvious, throughout my dog's stay, that James cared about her and keeping her feeling comfortable. As for my level of comfort, he texted me regularly while I was away, often including photos of my dog. And he responded immediately when I texted or called for information. Finally, I could tell that my dog was very comfortable at James' and Myles' house, from the meet-and-greet to the pick-up. I can't recommend James highly enough.”

“Everything went fine I think. I didn't know when I booked her that she had small children, it worried me because Buttercup is a large rambunctious pup (st betnard), but when I asked her when I dropped them off Ashlee said it was fine. Dr Pepper hid under a bed the whole time, which didn't surprise me, he's a shy cat. However when I got him home he's been extremely loving (which is not normal for him) so I'm pleased.”
