About: Your house or mine. Please include your town and state to make sure you have the correct location!!! I have been there. Some people are not up on vaccinations so they cannot go to a boarding house, your back up person can't handle the pets anymore, you are worried about your pets being a strange place, but no worries they won't leave their own comfort zone. I am a laid backed person with a teenage helper. Need the tennis ball throw 239487 times..sure... walking the dog in the winter.. that gets tricky. Animals have the ZOOMIES... go for it... I know how to clean up after them. Sometimes they are worse than kids fighting at home. I would need to be shown and written down on how to medical on your pets. Bonus... I think I have catnip in my yard, need some? I work nearby so I can come home if needed and there is usually another person in the home to stay with your dog for entertainment. We let the dog out every few hours or if they ask to be let out more and we go for walks depending on the weather.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
