In a client’s home, I make sure to respect their space while keeping pets on their usual feeding, walking, and play schedule. I pay close attention to instructions and details provided by the owner so each pet receives consistent, personalized care. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a calm, clean, and safe environment where they are supervised and given plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I make sure they have fresh water, proper feeding times, and a stress-free space to relax. My goal is always to treat every pet like my own and ensure they feel secure and well cared for at all times.

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
