“Kirsten was great! She sent me videos and pictures of my kittens while I was away, and she was super understanding and accommodating of all of my requests as a high-maintenance pet parent. I’ve already booked with her again and hope to continue booking with her!”

About: Born with the Soul of a Golden Retriever, I've been connecting with and caring for pets of all breeds since childhood. From cuddles, to walks, medicine, snacks, and meals - I am there for your baby. I work from home as a writer and editor, and I make my own hours. I've been able to integrate pet care across the metro area into my routine, and it gives me lots time to just BE with the pets, making them feel safe, loved, watered, walked, and fed. My home is a studio apartment in Downtown Minneapolis. 1 block from Gold Medal Park and the River, urban dog park in the rear of the building, and a no leash fenced in dog park just .5 mile up River Road. Small but safe and cozy - just a quick minute from the highway and several pet hospitals. For in-home clients, I have a long list of references across MSP over the last 13 years.

About: From growing up with at least 2 animals in the house at any time to professional pet sitting, I have a lot of experience with various animal personalities and types. During college I even had a live-in service animal in training who I was responsible for training and preparing for service. I work in an office with regular hours 8:30 to 4. I am available during my lunch break and afternoon and evening and for overnight stays with an additional stop during the day, or periodic daytime stops I have a variety of experience in different at-home care for pets from drop bys to feed, clean up, etc., and socialize with animals to more longer care in walking, potty breaks, or multi-day care.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats for years for friends and family. I also have experience taking care of my families chickens. I have worked with therapy dogs and cared for them as part of my job. I am currently working full time while finishing my bachelor's and love the outdoors. Let's chat and see jf our schedules would work out! Please ask any questions you have! Communicating with the clients and what they do to care for their pets is so important to me. I want pets to feel well loved and cared for.

Terence O.
“Terence is our first call when we leave town. Our fur baby needs exercise, very regular mealtimes, medication in the right doses, and lots of attention. Not only that, we want to know that our house is being looked after by someone we can trust. When we get back, I swear the dog seems disappointed to see us. But the house is in better shape than when we left it! All in all, the best hookup you'll ever find for your dog and your home.”

Sophie N.
“My animals LOVE Sophie! She goes above and beyond with the pets she's responsible for, and truly treats them like they're her own. My cats slept with her every night she was here just like they do with me, and when I came home they acted like they missed her, and were happy to see her when she came back the next time! Sophie is definitely the best pet sitter we've ever had.”

Jessica P.
“I have a big dog and J is able to take care of her with ease. When I go out of town there is no one I trust more than her. She is super nice and easy to work with. She also sends me pictures of my dog which is a huge reassurance. I'm very thankful to have someone like J watch my dog - it makes leaving her a little bit easier knowing she'll be well taken care of and loved. Thank you!!”
