I have nothing but amazing things to say about Beth. I went away leaving my dogs for the first time not with family. Not only did she go above and beyond caring for them but I could see in all the photos she provided that my dogs were loved and happy. She has extensive knowledge of dogs and knows what is healthy for them and what isn’t. She even taught me many things I didn’t know but needed to know. Upon return you could tell that my dogs missed their Auntie Beth. If and when we go away again I will make sure it is only when Beth is avaliable!

Amanda did a great job of dog sitting for our German shepherd, Bella. She came to meet her beforehand, stayed in the house and left it immaculate, and Bella was happy. She walked her and fed her, and sent pictures and texts so we wouldn't miss her quite so much. Amanda works from home, so was able to stay at the house and keep Bella comapny while she worked. We're looking forward to our next trip and having Amanda come stay with Bella.

Katie did a great job with our curmudgeonly chihuahua! She handled his drama super well, stayed calm through the big ice storm that hit Charlotte while staying at our home, and helped trouble shoot our system when the thermostat went out unexpectedly. When we were delayed coming home due to the storm, she was happy to stay the extra night and left our home in great condition. I'll absolutely be reaching out to her again when our little old chi needs a sitter in the future!

Hailey was an amazing sitter. The dogs loved her and she took great care of the house. She followed instructions and sent photos and videos throughout the days she was there. She was available for a short notice booking and made time to have a meet and greet.

About: Hi there! I’m Z, and I’m a lifelong animal lover with a deep understanding of both cats and dogs. I’ve grown up with dogs and have a wonderful cat of my own. I also have years of experience caring for the pets of both my family and friends. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or ensuring your pet sticks to their routine, I treat every furry friend like they’re part of my own family. As someone who works part-time during the day, I have the flexibility to provide pet care in the mornings, evenings, and weekends. My schedule allows me to plan drop-in visits, walks, or playtime around your pet’s needs. Caring for animals is a natural part of my routine since I already care for my own cat. Whether it’s an early-morning visit before work or evening cuddles, I’m happy to adapt to ensure your pet feels loved and well cared for. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on making them feel safe, loved, and happy in their familiar surroundings. I stick to their established routines, whether it’s feeding schedules, playtime, or walks, to keep things consistent and comforting for them. For dogs, that might mean exciting walks or outdoor play, while cats might prefer quiet companionship or engaging with their favorite toys. I make sure their environment stays clean and safe, and I’m happy to administer medications or meet any special needs. Along with meeting their physical needs, I give plenty of cuddles and attention to help them feel secure and loved. I treat every pet like part of my own family, ensuring they’re well cared for until their owner returns.

About: I’ve been caring for animals professionally for over 8 years and grew up surrounded by pets, so working with animals has always been a big part of my life. I have hands-on experience from working at an animal shelter/sanctuary, a local pet store, and in a veterinary clinic as a vet tech assistant. Through these roles, I’ve worked with pets of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, including shy, high-energy, and senior pets. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, administering medications, cleaning, and recognizing signs of stress or illness. My background in a vet clinic has also helped me stay calm in unexpected situations and prioritize safety. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away. I’m currently a student at Davidson College in North Carolina, so during the school year my schedule is structured around classes. Being away from my own pets honestly makes me miss them a lot, which is why I love spending time caring for other people’s animals, it really makes me happy to have them around. I’m available for visits, walks, and sitting around my class schedule and have flexibility in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. During the summer, I’m available full-time, so I have plenty of time and attention to give your family! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I’m very attentive, patient, and respectful of each animal’s unique personality and needs. With my background working in a vet clinic, shelter, and pet store, I’m comfortable handling a variety of situations and can recognize signs of stress or illness. I always follow your instructions closely, whether that’s feeding routines, medications, or specific care preferences. I create a calm, loving environment and make sure your pet feels safe, cared for, and at home while you’re away.

Kiley was great!! Chloe loved her! When I arrived she met us downstairs—I was pressed for time! I dropped Chloe off with her “day bag” Gave Kiley a brief rundown on the “Belle “ and was off feeling that she was going to be well cared for!! She sent me pictures throughout the day it was great! Highly recommend— and I am neurotic—super picky about who I let care for my fur baby—who BYW is never left alone !

After a bad experience boarding our Allie we decided to try Rover for a house/dog sitter. We were blessed to have Peyten come and dog sit for us. We had pics and updates throughout our trip and when we returned our baby was still her happy self. Peyten not only took great care of Allie but she left our house spotless! We highly recommend Peyten and will definitely call her again if needed. Thank you again Peyten, Lisa & Vince S.

About: Living in the OBX, Willing to travel, see new places! I want to help care for your dog in your home because I believe pets are happiest in their home setting. I never boarded my dog, always traveled with him or had a family member stay. I'm excited to meet all your fur family and see some new places. If you live near trails, i particularly enjoy a hiking dog. I will travel for overnight care up to a few hours. I also visit NH regularly. Im working on something personal right now which allows me the flexibility to travel and dog sit. I prefer the beach, mountains, lakes, quiet over cities. I'm a kiteboarder and hiker, so i'm partial to areas I can explore with these activities. I always follow the household schedule and your pets preferences. During my time in your home, I will leave it generally cleaner than I found it. I'm comfortable traveling to dog parks, trails etc with a dog or two in my car.. I'm happy to keep your plants happy, enjoying a green thumb.

About: Hello! My name is Neffy and I am 27 years old. I’ve been a vet tech/receptionist since 2021 and previously have experience working with animals in the humane society in Greenville. I love connecting with and providing the best service to not only you but your fur babies as well! I have loved animals of every sort my whole life and would love to meet and care for your baby as much as I care for mine! I would love it if you gave me the opportunity to care for your pet to brighten their day as well as yours! I am currently very flexible and have more time to provide enrichment and safe outdoor activities. This means I can be available during the day when your baby needs me most! I like to make sure the fur babies are comfortable wherever they may be. I am quick to locate any hazards that could cause injury and am mindful of what may upset or give them a scare.
