About: I’ve only been dogless for 6 years in my whole life. All of my dogs have been small breeds but I dog sit regularly for larger breeds. I can reinforce basic obedience training upon request! Medically complex pets don’t scare me! I’m currently on summer break so I have plenty of free time to hang with your fur baby. I love singing in the car so traveling won’t be an issue. I would keep your pet company in your home and I would let them out frequently to potty. If you don’t have a yard we would leash up and walk outside.

About: I’ve always loved animals and always treated other peoples pets as if they were mine. I’ve always felt guilty if I didn’t have time to give as much time and attention to a pet as I should. I’m available quite often. I am most available all day Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. But still available sometimes on other days. I take some online courses and help my dad at his workshop so my schedule is relatively flexible. I live in a Townhouse so I don’t have a yard. But my cat loves it when I open the window with the screen so he can look outside. My neighborhood is pet friendly for dog walks. And I have a water fountain designed for pets.

About: My husband and I have grown up with dogs and cats our entire lives. We love animals and helping out fellow animal lovers. I have experience administering insulin to diabetic animals, feeding/watering and walking. I currently work only 3 days a week and my husband works from home full-time giving us plenty of time to spend with your furry friends! Currently I work 3 days a week at a hospital in Ann Arbor but do not have a set schedule. My husband works from home full-time Pets are allowed on furniture and the bed in our home. My long term care slots are filled up now! I have my daily daycare routine worked out pretty well, so I can do walks and/or pop-ins if necessary! About: Hi, my name is Taylor, I am 29 years old and I have been a dog owner for probably over 15 years and I am one of the biggest animal lovers there is! I spent 3 years working at a well know AAHA accredited veterinary clinic. I would love to help others have a chance for good animal care. A little bit about my own pets. I adopted Charlie, my border collie mix, and Willie, my domestic shorthair red mackerel tabby about 4 years ago and recently added Lupa, my border collie to the mix. My preferences: I do prefer dogs, but I know how to care for cats as well! Personally I would probably rather spend all my spare time with any and all animals! Pet sitting is my full-time gig along with a few other odds and ends, so for the most part I am available to stay with your pet all day. My schedule is flexible and my partner is home with my pets while I hang out with yours(: I am always caution about walking others dogs, I follow any and all guidance provided as well as my own judgment based on directions. I have previously worked in a veterinary clinic, so I can read situations that many have never encountered before.

About: Hi! My name is Stephanie, and my husband, three kids (3, 7, and 10) and I are so excited to love your dog while you’re away! A Roof for Ruffs is the brainchild of our 10yo daughter. We are a foster family for a local dog rescue organization where we take in one or two dogs at a time until they can find their forever homes. We’re having so much fun with fostering that our sweet girl suggested we take on paying clients between our fosters, and donate some of the proceeds to the same local dog rescue organization. ♥️ I’ve owned dogs my whole life. Between fostering, petsitting for family, neighbors and friends, and caring for my own pups, I have experience with all ages—from very young puppies to seniors and everything in between; small and large breeds; well-behaved and questionable; medical cases, and even the occasional cat. 😱 Your dog’s vacay siblings for their stay will include a 2yo female Great pyr/St. Bernard rescue pup, and two 4yo guinea pigs. We are so very excited to meet your dog, and to treat them like family for their stay. My husband works full time, but I am a freelance writer with flexible hours working from home while caring for our three kids. In other words: your pup won’t be left alone often! 😆 **Please note: all pets must have proof of updated vaccines and be okay with kids (they will be loved on and spoiled by our kiddos while they’re here!) I am home daily with my kids, so lots of potty breaks and playtime is possible throughout the day. We are available most weekdays or weekends unless blocked while we have a foster or for travel. We have a 4-foot aluminum fence in the backyard and live on a public park with a walking trail for easy exercise options. We have extra dog crates here if your pup is crate-trained or feel free to bring your own.
