“Terri was so great with our two dogs, especially our very energetic puppy Boxer who thinks he’s the same size as our Malti-poo! He gets so excited and wants to play and jump but doesn’t realize how big he is! ?♀️ Thanks to Terri’s patience and understanding, he was actually able to calm down and show what a sweet boy he is!”

“Sage did an amazing jobs with our cats on such a short notice! We were worried to go out of town for a wedding since one of our cats was a little ill, but after meeting Sage and seeing how knowledgeable and confident she was in assisting in our cats’ care (special foods, medicines) the doubts in our minds began to fade away. She stayed in frequent communication and sent us pictures of the cats during each stay. Sage is the best!”

“James was a fantastic pet sitter. I asked for twice a day visits and he came twice each day at a consistent time. He was easy to communicate with and very flexible. Could not recommend him more highly.”

About: Hi, my name is Cat. I've been a lifelong Dog Mom and animal lover. I love how pets all have their own unique personalities. I know firsthand how much joy that they bring to our lives. I definitely consider mine to be part of the family. I have a Shiba Inu named Amaya who's 13. I'm comfortable with any breed/ages of dogs. I am competent in Puppy and Senior care. I can administer meds and reinforce training. I love taking long walks and engaging in play. I make organic dog treats for my pup and she loves them. I'll bring the treats. I'm looking to do this full-time. If you do something you love you'll never work a day in your life. I know as a working Mom how hard it is to find quality care for our dogs. I'm available M-F for all services and I'm available on the weekends to do at home care. So relax, book that vacation. I've got you. I was a Pet Sitter for my neighbors for over 10 years when they went out of town for events. I know this can be stressful for animals. I'll check on your pups, give fresh water and food per your instructions, clean up any accidents and give them some love and quality play time.

About: Hi everyone! I've raised and cared for many types of animals my whole life! Growing up i'd rehab and release squirrels when needed (in CA), and have had quail, chickens, snakes, mice, rats, hamsters, rabbits, lizards, parakeets, finches, an owl, saltwater and freshwater fish, dogs, cats, volunteered cleaning horse stables, and grew up in the woods bonding with animals like deer and chipmunks like a little Pocahontas. I'm willing to learn anything needed to care for any kind of animal and won't back down from a challenge! I am available morning, lunch, and evening as well as most weekends. I'm easy to work with and flexible as long as my own animals and kids are taken care of first! I follow instructions and will always respect your wishes when it comes to care for your animal. Their safety comes first and i'll never jeopardize that! When caring for an animal, I understand they can make a mess and i'm happy to clean up. You wouldn't have to worry about coming home to your pets messes if it happens!

I only work 2-3 days a week (only weekdays). I also work night shift 7pm-7am so I am more than capable of checking in and caring for pets before and after shifts. I'm great with a variety of different animals. You know your pet best, if they need anything I am very capable of doing it. Clean up duty, medication administrations, snuggles, running out energy, you name it!

“Savannah was amazing with our fur baby! From the moment I messaged her, I knew she would be the perfect person to drop in on our Aussie puppy. Her response time to messages were very fast and all communication was clear and comfotable. Savannah is very accommodating to any extra needs your pet may have. She brought her son when I mentioned wanting our dog to socialize more with children and I couldn’t be more grateful for that experience. Savannah gave me updates before, during and after her visit. The pictures she sent of playtime were precious. If you’re looking for someone to look after your fur baby, I highly recommend Savannah!”

About: Hi! I’m Megan, a lifelong dog lover with a heart (and home) made for pups of all shapes and sizes. What sets me apart? I treat every dog like family — not just with walks and feedings, but with play, enrichment, and genuine love. Whether your pup is high-energy, shy, or a senior who needs extra TLC, I tailor care to their personality and routine. I’ve got experience with everything from belly rubs to administering meds, and I keep you updated with daily photos and pup-dates so you never miss a tail wag. If you want someone who shows up with treats, toys, and tons of love — I’m your person. 🐕💛 I’ve worked with animals for years from rescuing dogs as a girl to the Birmingham Zoo! I currently work at Wags and Whiskers right here in Dothan! I recently left my 9-to-5 to focus full-time on something I truly love — caring for dogs! That means your pup will get my full attention, flexible scheduling, and lots of love throughout the day. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I offer in-home pet sitting with plenty of snuggles, playtime, and a calm, stress-free environment. Since leaving my 9-to-5, I’m home full-time — meaning your pup gets round-the-clock attention, companionship, and care. My home is safe, clean, and set up for comfort — whether your dog loves lounging on the couch, playing in the yard, or enjoying quiet time. I follow your pup’s routine closely, offer updates with photos and videos, and make sure they feel secure and loved every step of the way. Think of it as a mini-vacation for your pet — with all the comforts of home, and a sitter who truly cares. 🐶💛

About: I always had dogs growing up. I currently have three indoor dogs that are spoiled beyond belief. We had a black lab that had terrible medication-resistant grand mal seizures. He would have multiple attacks back to back and they happened more frequently to where he was having episodes several times a week. I now have a pit bull mix that has severe food and environmental allergies he has to take oral medication daily. I have experience giving oral and injectable medication. I have a very large fenced-in backyard for them to get all their zoomies out. I only board dogs but I will go to your home to care for your cats and fish too. I am a beginner real estate agent so I do go show houses some days but I am mostly at home with my doggies. My husband occasionally works from home. We do crate at least 2 of our 3 when we leave the house but I try not to be gone longer than 4 hours at a time. If your dog is crate-trained, we have a crate. If they are not crate trained, they can stay out but you will be responsible for any damages. This is because I have been told a dog is trained and wasn't and caused damage. I have a fenced-in yard where your dog(s) can play with my three. They are welcome to lay on the couch. My dogs stay in crates when we leave the house and yours would be expected to as well due to owners saying their dog was trained and them causing damage. There are plenty of dog toys for your dog to play with here. Please bring their food, treats, and any bedding that they need.

About: While in high school and for a few years after I worked as a veterinarian assistant/technician (non-certified). I currently volunteer with a shelter. I am well versed in senior dog care as well as pets with medical issues, including an e-tube. I no longer have pets of my own at this time, as my 2 best girls have recently crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I’m not yet ready for my own, but I absolutely love pets and volunteering with shelters and pet sitting will help! I do work full-time, 6AM - 3PM, Monday through Friday, however, I work remotely and as long as you have Internet access I am available in your pet's home 24/7. I prefer to care for your pet in their own home, as it provides the most comfort and reassurance for them while staying in their familiar environment. Since I work remotely, I can take your pet outside for a 15-minute break every hour between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. Additionally, outside of those hours, I’m available to let your pet enjoy the outdoors as much as they’d like, for as long as they want! I also love walks on nice days and would be thrilled to take your furry friend along with me.
