About: My dogs and I have been through AKC certified obedience training I'm experienced in walking multiple dogs at a time Can housesit and care for dogs with special needs Providing positive reinforcement and tasty bribes is my main method of gaining trust with a new dog friend. I'm open to meeting and discussing all forms of service ahead of time I have a flexible part time job that is generally from 9 - 4 Monday through Friday. These times are flexible so if you have a question about a particular day feel free to ask My 2 dogs and I walk almost everyday around our neighborhood just to get some adventure and smell some new fire hydrants. My house has a wood 6' privacy fence around the backyard and I have time to them out 5 or 6 times a day for bathroom breaks or to just run around an play. My dogs started being crate trained as a puppy but as they have grown older and more trusty we use them less and less. I use a lot of positive reinforcement and treat training to bond and build rapport. I feel comfortable around dogs of all shapes and sizes and would prefer to take care of new dogs in their home environment first. My dogs: I have a 6 year old 60lb female Portuguese water dog -- She's a big napper, cuddler and loves cats. My 3 year old, 30lb, male terrier mix is the feisty play pal that keeps everyone entertained.

“Mariah has been a 5-Star caretaker for my cats. I was in a bad situation--my air conditioning was out during this heat wave. Mariah accepted my three cats in an emergency--with almost no advance notice. More than that, she let me extend their stay--twice--when the repair people had to extend their work. She sent me photos--which meant a lot to me--and kept me updated. I couldn't ask for better service than I got from Mariah.”

“I always trust Sydney with my two dogs! She is wonderful and they absolutely love her! This is my third time booking her, and she even helped check on our dogs during an emergency without hesitation. Thanks Sydney!!”

“We needed someone to let our senior dog out once a day while at work. Chante has been amazing. She is very reliable and kind to our dog. I can't thank her enough for helping us out.”

“I always feel great leaving my dog in Leigha’s care since I know he will be very happy and well taken care of.”

“She was amazing! She let us know anytime something happened whether they chewed something up or got a scratch when she stopped by. She was very communicative. We will definitely be using her again!”

About: I’m really good with being patient and understanding with animals. I’ve had many difficulty animals and so I’ve learned to cater towards their needs. No animal is too difficult I’m currently in college so I would have to wait after classes or before classes. Most days I’m done with school at 12pm and I don’t have classes on Fridays. Unfortunately because I am living in a dorm therefore I cannot take care of pets in my home. Over breaks however, I have a fence.

“Would hire again”

“Anna was so great with my boys! She was super responsive when I had questions and I think my pets really liked her. Highly recommend!”

About: The oldest cat I’ve owned lived to be 17 years old. He had issues with his thyroid and needed daily prescription medication which I gave him successfully at home. I’ve also cared for 3 kittens who needed to be fed milk from a bottle and litter box trained. I have experience caring for kittens to senior cats. I work from home so my schedule is pretty free to stop in and meet the needs of your cat. Providing fresh water, food, and thorough litter box cleaning are just the basics. I’m also readily available to provide gentle playtimes with your cat and to give loving pats, if they desire. My cats are provided with fresh water every morning and their water bowls are cleaned every week. My cats are fed a high quality homemade food when they ask/demand it. The litter box is checked twice a day and any waste is removed immediately. The area around the litter box is kept neat and tidy daily. A variety of safe, cat friendly toys are provided as well as a scratch pad. My current cat was adopted last year at 2 years old. She loves being outside and is an indoor/outdoor cat. The cats I have watched for friends, in their homes, were checked on regularly and all of their needs were met. I spent extra time with the cats, including the shy ones, just talking to them but not forcing my company on them.

“Danielle is very responsible and followed my routine that I use for my two cats. I loved seeing the photos of them. It made my time away from them a little less stressful. I would recommend her and I also plan on using her in the future.”

Shirley S.
“Shirley is fantastic ! Our little friend is always so excited to her. Shirley is always on time and very attentive to our conversation so the schedule is followed just as I would do it. Cassie loves the walks and snuggles. Shirley has a good sense of intuition on what’s needed. She can always tell if Cassie has extra energy and needs an extra few minutes in her walk or if she should stay in because of the heat or cold. She is very good about pet hygiene practices and pet safety. I feel confident when she is in our home and have total trust in her.. We highly recommend her.”
