About: I grew up on the family farm surrounded by dogs and cats and all kinds of animals - caring for them was part of my life. That lifelong connection led me to volunteer at a local dog and cat shelter where I've gained even more experience with pets of all temperaments and needs. I treat every animal like family and I willl give your pet loving care whether it's for a quick walk or an overnight stay. I have a very flexible schedule so I can fully prioritize pet care. My days naturally revolve around the animals I am caring for and I enjoy creating routine that suits their needs. My home, farm in the woods, is calm and pet friendly space where animals can relax, go for walks or play. In client's home, I'm respectful of their space and routines, I communicate with the owner, send updates and make sure the pet has all my attention.

“We left both our dogs their today, 1st time for one of them. I got messages, pic and video to let me know how they were doing! I feel totally at ease leaving the dogs here! She is so good with them!”

“I was visiting the area to attend a course and found this resource on Rover. Lindsey (and her family) is absolutely wonderful! She accepted my fur baby as one of her own. Noodle loved being there which was a great relief to me so I could attend my courses without additional pet caregiving stresses. I can’t say enough good things about this experience and will definitely use the service (especially with Lindsey) any time I am in the area. I hope that if I have to travel elsewhere that I find someone as great as Lindsay to care for my baby Noodle.”

About: I have an immense love for animals and treat my own as if they were my children, giving them endless care, respect, and affection. Their happiness and well-being are my top priorities, and I go above and beyond to ensure they feel safe, loved, and understood. This deep connection extends to every pet I care for, making me an exceptional pet sitter. I am patient, responsible, and attuned to each animal’s unique needs, whether it’s playtime, special diets, or just providing comfort. My dedication and genuine passion for animals make me someone pet owners can trust completely. I am always at home. I do work from home. But that is a few hours per day and my schedule can be adjusted to the needs of any animal. I have a lead setup but all dogs will be taken on multiple walks a day. During bed time they would be with me unless requested by owner to be crated.

About: Located just 10 minutes west of the Legends of Kansas City, your fur-baby will get the TLC that you’d provide in your own home. Plenty of attention and room to run! My family is fur-baby friendly with 4 goats, a flock of chickens, two sweet puppies, and a cat currently. During bookings my two dogs (one is an outdoor farm dog) and cat will be kept separate to ensure the safety and comfort of all. Any medical, training, attention, and care needs will be accommodated as requested by the owner.

“Alyssa was quite convenient for us to use. She was close to where we were visiting, was ready to receive Mate early in the morning, and graciously welcomed us to her home and yard. She was attentive to my directions and provided Mate with plenty of human and canine interaction. MAte did not appear stressed in the least, only happy to see me upon pickup. I hope to use Alyssa again when in her area,”

“Nicole is fantastic! She was genuinely excited to meet and care for my dog, Ginger. Photos of Ginger were sent to me throughout the day. Nicole was also very accommodating with a pickup time change. I will definitely book with Nicole again!”

About: I've been around and owned large dogs throughout my life, as well as other small and exotic pets. All guests will meet Gracie, our very friendly service-dog-in-training, who loves to make new friends! Every dog I've owned, I've done at least basic household obedience training with. I'm self-employed, work from home, and have a very flexible schedule. Please check the calendar for blocked dates. Gracie and I typically start our day at 8:00AM, but we can receive visitors as early as 7:00. We start the day with breakfast and yard time before the heat comes in. When it starts to cool off in the evening, Gracie and I walk a 3-mile loop from the house to a nearby wooded trail and back. We have plenty of super chewer toys and treats for larger dogs, and a large fenced in back yard with room to run! Depending on weather, the dogs would spend most of the time in the house during the day. All time in the back yard is supervised. Housebroken dogs are allowed on couches and to roam the house. We also have kennels upstairs and downstairs, if needed.

About: Currently only interested in 1 visit a day that can bd flexible around my work schedule. I’ve always had animals, dogs & cats mostly but others too. Caring for them when your away would be my pleasure. I currently have 3 dogs & 2 cats! My work schedule is crazy! Changes daily! I can only visit your pet once per day & it needs to be a rather flexible time but I will do my best to accommodate your schedule as well. Our yard is NOT fenced but due the landscaping most dogs stay close, I don’t mind clipping a leash on & walking with them too. I enjoy giving belly scratches & brushing out the loose hair. Kittens always should get a good ear rub & loving! We feed twice a day, morning & evening. Water bowls are all over!

About: I’m a huge animal lover . Growing up I had dogs, cats, a ton of turtles, a deer for a short period of time, a squirrel, 2 raccoons, an alligator, and a lot of bunnies. The past 14 years, I had a German Shepherd, named Rocky, whom passed away this past February. I've been animal sitting for my friends and family members for years. From puppies and help with training to elderly animals with needed medical care. Your animal will be well taken care of and apart of our family for the time he/she is here. I'm a stay at home Mom and can devote the majority of my time to pampering and caring for your beloved fur baby. The care for your fur baby will be tailored to fit their needs. I have a big fenced yard and a few acres of land for playing and potty breaks. I have areas around us for hikes or our big neighborhood for walks. Our home is the perfect place for any animal. It's a very loving, nurturing environment where your fur baby will receive a ton of love and affection with many cozy areas for them to relax and play. I can accommodate special needs such as: separation anxiety, medical care, help with potty training if need be, and any preferences you prefer for consistency. I want to make your fur baby's time away from their family as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

About: I’ve always had dogs growing up, from beagles to Akita’s, shitzus to lab/Great Dane mixes. We have a Morkie and a Pit/Weimaraner mix who love having doggy play dates! I work remotely, so your pup can lounge with me in my office on the guest bed or dog beds, or can hang out outside in the large fenced in yard. I live in a home with a large fenced in yard, so they have the option to hang out inside or out throughout the day. My bigger dog really enjoys being outside and my smaller likes to be near me all the time so only likes to go out for potty breaks during the day.

About: I have been working in veterinary medicine since I was a freshman in high school. In high school I worked as as kennel technician caring for boarding and hospitalized patients for four years. Upon graduation of high school I went to veterinary technician school, where I graduated as a veterinarian technician. I have three labrador retrievers. I have grown up around animals and they are my passion. I've worked with mice all the way up to horses. Since I am a technician I am able and comfortable with giving medication of any kind (injections, oral medications, eye medications, and topicals). Also I do not have trouble with the gross messes animals can leave behind. I also recently started my own dog training business as a certified trainer, RES Labradors & Training LLC. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. I am currently a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty open and flexible for caring for any pets during the morning and most evenings I have three dog friendly labradors, but they can be kenneled while pet sitting. Also I have a large fenced in backyard for dogs to play in.

Elizabeth E.
“Beth has watched my dog Tacoma for years both at my residence and in her home for years. She was always my first choice when I needed a sitter. Tacoma was always fed on time, given any meds, walked, and loved on with Beth. Her pets are very friendly and docile so Tacoma got along with them easily while I was away on longer trips. She also sent lots of pictures of any fun activities so I knew what was going on throughout my trip.”

“I am Abbie's brother and I can tell you that from an early age she has been a true animal lover. Her patience and love for them is phenomenal!! I wouldn't trust anyone more than her with my pets. Zero chance she would ever neglect or abuse. Your only worry may be that your pet may want to stay with her;) ”

“Chelsey has watched our fur baby, Flex on many occasions. He needs special care as he has diabetes and only has vision in one eye. He requires insulin injections twice daily and meticulous eye care which includes many eye drops and ointments administered all throughout the day. He needs constant supervision to ensure he doesn’t become hypoglycemic after insulin administration. We fully trust Chelsey with our fur baby and know he’s in great hands when we can’t be with him.”

Emily G.
“Emily is so great. I was really happy when she watched my dog! She was polite and organized for me and so caring and fun for my pup! Her little pupper Maize was so friendly and played well with Frank! I'm definitely going to ask her to watch Frank again in the future and would recommend her to anyone who needs their furry pal watched over!”

Rilee S.
“I have had Rilee come over to my house to watch my three Labrador retrievers multiple times and she would always send me videos of them playing in the back yard. Wouldn’t have anybody else watch them because she’s got the knowledge about dogs and the proper training skills to handle them.”

Hannah K.
“Hannah has worked for me taking care of my in home pets, cats and dogs and also my farm animals (cows, chickens) for several years. I never worry when Hannah is in charge! I would highly recommend Hannah to anyone that needs a reliable, smart, loving caretaker or dog walker for their fur babies!”
