About: Hi! I'm Leslie. I have one wonderful child and a 13-year-old dog. I work seasonally and from home, thus have a lot of time to take care of your animals! I have a lifelong passion and love for all animals. I have been caring for animals since I was young, and I truly feel the most comfortable when helping other people and their pets. I will treat your pets as if they are my own. I have taken dog training classes and raised two puppies as I was taking the training! I have also volunteered at animal shelters and rehabilitation centers and have also taken care of 20+ animals on a farm, including: cats, dogs, rabbits, ponies, horses, ducks, and chickens on a regular basis. I love all types of animals, big and small, and would love to help take care of yours! If you need a place to board your dog, we have a very large yard for safe, fun play and love spending time outside together with our dog. We are just down the road from Lake Huron and wooded trails if your pet likes to swim or go on long walks! We are very excited to be part of Rover and look forward to loving and caring for your pets! I am currently available on an as needed basis. I do have a couple activities that I have to take my daughter to on weeknights but, otherwise, I am available and we would love to help care for your animals! I will treat your animals just like I would my own! -At your house: I will make sure that they have water, food or medications (if requested) and go outside to walk and play. Let me know what your animals need and I will do my best to make sure that they are as comfortable as possible and have lots of fun! -Boarding at my house: I have a huge yard and woodland trails nearby to walk your dog on if you board with me! We love to get outside and play and are right down the road from lake Huron if your dog likes to swim! I have two 50’ dog trolleys for quick runs outside also, if needed.

“Jackilyn was perfect for our 8 month old pup! She was very nice and accommodating and clearly loves animals. There is a fenced in backyard for playtime. Her own doggy, Bruce, got along with Ella (our pup) really well and the two had lots of fun together. Jackilyn's kids were also great with her. We are always a little nervous about leaving Ella with anyone and Jackilyn definitely gave us a peace of mind and we knew that Ella would be taken care of and loved. We definitely recommend her and we are already planning on using her again for our next trip”
