About: Here to help you by providing a home away from home for your canine companions when you can't take them with you. For busy puppy owners, I can help during your busy work day with the important task of raising, training, and socializing your 8-16 week old puppy. I have over 30 years teaching a high school Career Tech Animal Science Program, 11 years working with puppies and adolescent dogs in service dog organizations. I am currently retired and keep a flexible schedule. I can do traditional overnight and daytime care. For very young puppies, I can assist with crate and manners training, teaching cues, and socializing. I have a fenced back yard and a wooded area behind my house that we can explore on leash or long line. I have an 11 year old Labrador Retriever, Kinsey, who is a retired breeding dog from a service dog organization. She is very good with puppies and all around sweet natured, special gal. I have several dog safe areas in and outside my house. We can hang out on my front porch or my big back deck as they are gated. I have a puppy room that is more like an all purpose room for whelping, training, or grooming. I have nice training area in my basement as well. My living room can be turned into a puppy paradise by adding larger play equipment that puppies can climb, crawl under, and balance on to satisfy their physical needs and grow their confidence. I have crates and can offer assistance with crate training. I can provide engaging enrichment activities as well. I also have a wide variety dog toys, something for everyone!

I am a stay at home mom so I can devote all my attention to the fur babies. Your babies are my babies under my watch. I will take care of them like they are one of my babies. Although I do not have a fenced in yard, I have absolutely no problem taking them out on a leash to go potty or even a park.

Let me know what your dog’s routines/ schedule is like, and if you have any specific needs! I’m in sales and currently have a very flexible work schedule where I’m only gone for a few hours during the day, if at all, so I’m able to enjoy doing this as supplemental income. I don’t have a fenced back yard but can take your pups on walks through my neighborhood, let them outside in the backyard to potty and play, and with your permission go to local parks or metro parks for fun walks!

About: Friday-Monday I am home all day, Tuesday-Thursday I am in an office with the ability to come home during lunch. I have always loved having dogs of my own, but right now I do not have one. You and your dogs will be happy to know that I love long walks and snuggles on the couch. I also understand if there are certain rules/behavior expectations set by you the owner, that I will follow them implicitly since consistency is needed to have a well-behaved dog. I will treat your furry friend as if he or she were my own. I am available most days and am flexible to help accommodate your schedule. The experience I have in pet care has come from being a previous pet owner, but what comes with that is a true understanding how precious your dog is and that you are trusting me with that huge responsibility. I work from home Friday-Monday, and Tuesday-Thursday I work in an office close enough that I can stop in for lunch for a quick game of fetch in the yard. I have a fenced in yard and I also have space in my home if your dog requires to be crated. I also live close to a park for extra long walks if needed.

About: I have been pet sitting for my local community for about 4 years. I also volunteer at an organization that raises and trains service dogs, and had a full time foster this past year. I have owned cats and dogs my whole life! Having a foster this past year, I quickly adjusted to making each day around the dog. I looked back and realized I was incorporating his needs into my daily life, and managed my time to take care of him! In my home and the clients home, the pets needs come first. If there is a rule to follow or question to ask, I communicate directly to the owner to ensure proper care of their furry friend.

About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life. Growing up my family had a golden retriever, Yorkshire terrier and beagle lab mix. I recently lost my 17 year old cava-poo. I’m currently working part time and have Mondays and Fridays available to help you out any way I can. Weekends are also flexible for your needs. I have a fenced in backyard to keep your dog safe. I also have a large crate inside if needed. My cat is super friendly and gets along with all pets.
