The pictures and updates were very thorough and it was so easy to communicate with her. I had forgotten to leave out cleaning instructions in case Norm got sick, but she was very proactive and used her best judgement to clean it up. I really appreciated her not just leaving it even when she wasn't able to reach me right away. We are so excited to have found Sauni and will be rebooking her next month!”

For Complex Care (injections, fluids, or 5+ medications), a small $10/day fee applies to ensure accuracy and safety. 🚕 Pet Taxi Service: Need a ride to the vet or groomer? We offer transport starting at $25 per trip (within 5 miles). As an insured husband-and-wife team, we conduct a complimentary 30-minute Meet & Greet for all new clients to ensure we are the perfect match for your home and pets. ​▪️Medical & Care Review: For our senior and special-needs clients, we will walk through your pet's specific medical routine. If you require complex care (5+ meds) or fluids, we ask for a brief demonstration to ensure we follow your exact technique. ​▪️Safety & Environment Walkthrough: We’ll review your home’s security and "pet-proof" any areas of concern. ​The Duo Advantage: You'll meet both of us! This allows you to see how we interact as a team and gives you peace of mind knowing exactly who will be in your home.

“This is the first time I have used the Rover app and I was honestly a little nervous. It’s not often I travel without my dog, but I had a work trip I needed to attend. I decided to give Rover a try and I was surprisingly really impressed. When I found Hillary I noticed that she had a lot of repeat customers and good reviews, so I decided to go with her. Hillary was proactive about getting things scheduled through the app and assisted me in inputting the correct visits for my dog. She also offered a “Meet and Greet” visit before I was gone so that she could meet Daphne while I was still here, which I took her up on! As Daphne is only 2, she still has a lot of energy, and a big dog as well! I was interested to see if Hillary would be able to tackle her. Daphne was very excited to meet Hillary and I was very happy to see Hillary handled her well! During the visits, Hillary was great at showing up on time, feeding Daphne, walking her significantly, giving her enough time to use the bathroom and get some exercise, and providing me visit updates and pictures for each time she came over.
