About: My mother is a veterinarian with her own practice, so I grew up around an abundance of animals and know plenty about caring for them. My career allows me to choose my own schedule, I don't usually have shifts longer than 5/6 hours long. This allows me to take dogs out for walks or to a dog park, or I can just go home and hang out with my cat. I have a large fenced in yard with access to woods, plenty of local trails for dog walks, local lake of your dog likes to swim. Dogs and cats in my home, but there's a good sized guest bedroom that is kept closed of from the rest of my home if you have a pet that is less friendly with others.

About: Animals are children to me. Grew up with many dogs/cats & birds! Offer great at home visits to exercise, play & feed your pets! Strong, driven individual that can handle multiple large dogs at a time. Also have trained many puppies through my youth and adult life, so can handle the little ones too! Respectful to clients and pets alike, understanding the value and security of your home and neighborhood. Will always walk dogs until they poop and pee; will pet and play with them during walks and visits. Please do not hesitate to ask questions or request supplemental services. You will not regret picking me as your animals caretaker!! I am working part time with a flexible schedule, so boarding your dog takes priority. I wake up early each morning and retire around 9p I have many trails in the back of our property, with hills and fields to run in. Dogs are given all the love I can muster in the home and out on walks or hikes! Very safe environment for your dog

About: I work remotely for an international development organization based in DC. My schedule is flexible, leaving me plenty of time to spend outdoors with some new furry friends! I have always loved taking care of dogs and come from a large, dog-owning family. I have extensive experience dog walking and sitting both small and large breeds, from Cavalier King Charles Spaniels to Labs to Bernese Mountain Dogs! I currently own a 4 year old white shepherd named Storm who loves to walk and play with other dogs. I am open to taking our pups on walks together, on trail hikes, or to the dog park. There is no fenced in area, but we have trails on our property for dogs to walk (on leash) or run (depending on your comfort and their recall).

About: I grew up on a small farm as a child. From very young, I was responsible for mucking stalls on weekends and feeding our horses and family dog. I've have had my own dog/dogs for the last 13 years and can't imagine a life without them. I am either at home with my daughter or working from home while she is at school, so I have lots of time to walk and care for your dog. I go out, for example, to run errands, but would never be leaving your dog for long. We would love to have your well-behaved dog that is used to a younger child (age 11) while you are away or in the area, and would love and cuddle your dog as our own. We would love to hang out with your dog during the day inside or outside on walks as you felt comfortable. At night, I ask that your dog(s) be amenable to either sleeping in a crate or in a bed without barking. Our dog sleeps in an open soft crate--we don't allow dogs on furniture.
