About: Hi! My name is Sophia. I am a nurse with a passion for working with children that extends to loving on strangers' pets! Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior needing patience and routine, I’ve cared for them and treat every pet like they’re my own. My uncle has two American bullies, and my aunt has a senior dog that I offer to take care of from time to time while they are away. Those three angels are the reason why I decided to get my own dog! I have a deep love for animals and a calm, confident approach to pet care that helps pets feel safe, happy, and stress-free. I work three times a week on a self-scheduled basis. I will make sure to update my availability as soon as my schedule is out. When I have my free time I would love to give some TLC to your fur babies and make sure they are content and happy! About: I’ve pet sit for family/friends and I work at a kennel. I also own my own pets as well. I’m going to school to be a veterinarian technician. My work schedule changes a lot but I’m more than happy to work pet care in for you and your pet to make you happy! I treat the pets like they are my own and making sure they are getting enough attention and have the necessities they need through out the day.

“Jess was such a great choice to watch my Sammy boy. We were gone from 5/22-6/1 and had no idea it was getting VERY warm here in Iowa. We did not yet have our window air conditioners in. At one point, it got to 85 in our house. I was able to have a neighbor install the window ac’s. Jess was concerned for Sam and offered to stop by to check on him (on a day that wasn’t originally on the calendar). I truly appreciate her doing that! About: I have always had dogs in my life since birth however I did adopt my own rescue dog at 16 years old and he was my spoiled baby for 9 long happy years before I unfortunately had to put him down at the beginning of this year due to cancer :( Aside from my own personal dog I am also a proud bunny mama to 2 bunnies. Throughout the years I've dog sat for friends and family both at their houses and at my own and I did also work part time for about a year at "The Barking Lot" as a side job walking dogs, cleaning suites, bowls, etc as well as helping with doggy daycare, TLC, etc. I currently work full-time Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm so I have plenty of time on weekdays to do evening walks and am free most weekends to do dog walking, animal check ins, occasional weekend overnight at your place or mine! I have a large yard with a tie out but usually prefer supervised leash walking depending on the dog. For boarding I do have another dog in the home as well as 2 bunnies however the bunnies have their own room separate from where I'd allow any dogs :)

About: We have been pet sitting for friends and colleagues for 2 years so thought why not join Rover and do more! Our clients love my family and we love their pets so it makes perfect sense. I have 4 kids, a small dog and two cats and my small pets just hide if a visiting pet is too much for them otherwise they don't get bothered or bother anyone else, human or pet! I work from home and I have 4 kids who love cats and dogs and love to help out with the dogs that we already provide services for. We are trusted with hideaway keys to homes to let dogs out and we run them in fenced in yards to burn energy. Then we make sure they have food and water and kennel them if applicable before we leave. In our house, visiting pets are watched over by all members of the family. Sometimes we buy them their own special toy to play with. We make sure they eat and get any meds they might need.

About: I started off my experience with pet sitting 10 years ago with 2 Bichon dogs. They required a lot of care and I loved every minute I spent with them. I had a dog growing up and she was my pride and joy. When pet sitting, I make sure that I give the pets attention and love that I would like to give my own pet. When pet sitting, I typically have the dog come to me or I can do drop in visits to your home. I can also spend the day going on walks and relaxing with your dog. I do not have a dog of my own, but I do have a lot of experience interacting and caring for all kinds of dogs. I am a teacher, so I have the summer off to be able to take care of your dog during morning and afternoon. I can also take them on long walks. I plan to make sure that your dog gets what they need. For example, make sure that they have food and water. Also, provide them time to be outside and to be active if needed.

About: I’ve had cats my whole life and have always enjoyed caring for them. My cats have some medical needs so I’m open to discussing anything like that. I have also been around dogs my whole life, including watching neighbors and family member’s pups. I typically work irregular hours but will update my availability when I know!! I have weekends off and after 4:30 for sure every week day I have a fenced in yard with lots of room to roam and shade to cool off. If I’m coming to your home depending on it you have a cat or dog, I love to play and give animals lots of pets. But I will also follow the given instructions with food, water, and litter box if necessary.

About: hi my name is bonnie i live in new virginia,born an raised in Maryland, I have two kids and two successful small business one cleaning houses after i left health l care an other is family wedding venue, I grew up on dairy farm back in Maryland we had every farm animals and pets. my parents also bread Golden retrieves for 15 years,I have bunch of stray cats come across highway an stay i have always taken them in .I love animals very peaceful creatures and best friends,my clients have pets they all run up to me get excited to see me. Im hard working and behind trustworthy and honest. I have never dog sit or anything like this but I'll figure things out fast, fall and winter time is my off season from venue im looking stay busy since I hate sitting around, thank you hope to hear from you soon I'm house cleaner but I am now able pick up more hours doing something different. so I can pet sit or anything during weekday while my kids are in school possibly evenings. weekends I have nothing to do. the clients will tell me how they want things done .my animals are on farm they run wherever they please. About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the experience I’ve had caring for dogs from a young age. I’ve always helped take care of my uncle’s dog, making sure she was fed, taken out to go potty, and had someone to play with. I treat every pet like family and do my best to make sure they’re happy and well cared for. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine. Spending time with pets is not only fun for me, but it also helps me stay balanced and happy during the week. When caring for pets, I always make sure their needs come first. With my own dog, I take him outside regularly—whether it’s for potty breaks or just to enjoy some fresh air. I stay by his side the whole time to make sure he feels safe, loved, and not alone. About: I have cared for cats since I was a kid. I am looking forward to being a warm host to their needs, or I guess they own me, so I will be a good pet to them. I can host a cat forever. I am also good with dogs, mostly dog walking. I work from home on weekdays. I can be flexible with my schedule during weekends for longer sittings. Overnight cat sitting is the best. Dog walking is available during weekdays only. I live in an apartment so the pets will mostly stay inside, I will give them a walk as needed for poo, and pee breaks or work from your insight on what your baby likes to do and their schedule.
