I will do safety checks for any potential hazard such as open windows or gates, making sure everything is secure. I will monitor any areas that you'd like off-limits to the pet. I will always lock up after each visit and always be prepared with emergency contact information and knowing where the nearest vet is.

About: I am a dog owner of 2 German shepherds and previously I had 2 black labs. I have trained them all to be off leash walkers and very well mannered in public areas. My love for animals is dramatic and I aspire to give the affection to more animals than I can contain in my own home. I am a stay at home mom so I am home all day every day. Our weekend are typically free outside of an arcade visit on some Saturdays. I am vigilant in my efforts to keep dogs safety and happiness my top priority. My dogs have given me so much in my life that I only want every dog to have the best life they can live. About: Though I don’t have any dogs right now, I miss having them around. Growing up I was trusted to take care of my neighbors dog while they were away and I was the only kid that their dog actually liked! We had a pit bull named Shorty when I was younger and he was my best friend. I used to give him his medicine everyday and take him on walks regularly. My whole family has had me train their dogs as I grew up; I have quite a knack at it. In my care your dog will be loved and taken care of as if it were my own!! About: Hi, I’m Maddy! Throughout my life I have had dogs, cats, goats, chickens, and bunnies. At 12 years old, I personally trained my Labrador retriever to work as a therapy dog. We visited schools in our area, and children with reading disabilities had the opportunity to read to her without feeling the pressure of an average classroom setting. I gained my true love for dogs through Lila. I sadly had to put her down about 6 years ago, and have moved to the city of Oakdale. I saw what amazing companions they can be, and how they deserve the very best. My husband is a local firefighter and gone a lot, so I have the flexibility and time to care for your pets as if they were my own. I also have experience as a veterinary technician, and feel fully comfortable dealing with medications or any type of medical disability. Thank you for your time and consideration! I am also a stay at home mom, so my goal is to create a lifestyle where I am able to be home with my son and have a flexible work schedule. At this time I am available 7 days a week from 6:30am-9pm. About: Ever since I was a baby there’s been a cats and dogs that were a part of our family. When I was in kindergarten and 1st grade, my mom was breeding English Bulldogs. I got to be there for the births and little tumbling steps. We also had a little tabby cat that I’ve had until last year. Once I turned 11, I was able to get my very own kitty, I was ecstatic! Since then I’ve always had my own animals & now at 19 years old I have 3 furry cat babies. I’ve had to give them nearly all their shots and dewormer, as well as an occasional bath (when they’ll let me!) I have a 1 year old puppy as well who I got for free at a yard sale! Standing on all his legs he’s nearly half as tall as me, so I have plenty of experience with bigger fur babies! With my 3 kitties and dog my day always involves them! They’re fed before me and their morning routine is the first step of mine. In my home my kitties roam freely, but are solely indoor cats. They’re fed before have constant water and plenty of room to run around and a cat stand to make a racetrack out of! My puppy loves to be in our back yard and is still figuring out catch, but after a game of him (making me) chase the ball, he’s ready for a fat nap inside! My pets are definitely spoiled rotten

About: I had a Basset Hound named George that I had gotten from an animal shelter in 2009, the vet guessed his age to be around 6. He was the sweetest and goofiest character that kept me entertained every day! He was diagnosed with lung cancer in June of 2016. The vet said he only had 6 mos. to live without treatment. I dedicated all my time and energy to help this dog live as long as possible with chemo and radiation treatments and a slew of medications. He lived exactly 2 years after his diagnosis. Up until his very last day you would have never known this special boy had an illness. He was an amazing dog and very dear to my heart and I still miss him every day. I will take this same dedication to take care of your pet because I know how special they can be to someone!! I work 10 hour shifts during the day in the xray field. I would be available on the days that I'm not at work to do drop in visits or walks. I would follow any instructions or rules you set for me. I think everyone has a different opinion on what is best for their pets. It's as simple as that!!

About: I've had pets my entire life and have always loved animals and been drawn to take care of them. I have two boys, two cats, and a beautiful puppy but still have so much love to give! Being a stay at home mom gives me plenty of time to take care of pets in my home, drop in for visits at your home, or take them for a walk once a day. My house is always full of energy and fun, but I also have enough room in my house to give each animal the space they might need. About: In addition to caring for my own pets for over 20 years, I have also worked with dogs in my previous life as a law enforcement officer. I am currently a first year veterinary technician student, with extra time to devote to the health and wellbeing of your pet. My schedule is incredibly flexible, so I am able to work around your schedule. Although I am retired, I am attending online veterinary technician school, which is self paced and without a set schedule.
