About: I have been a pet owner during my whole life (dogs and cats, currently mom of 2 beautiful cats. I started my experience as a pet sitter since I was 15 years old, going for rides with my neighbors’ dogs. With all my years of experience I go beyond basic sitting to provide an amazing time for your furry baby. My experience includes, but not limited to administering medications, caring for senior pets, and training puppies with isotope reinforcement techniques. I am able to recognize signs of stress, illness, or discomfort. I make sure that each of the pets that I take care of receives personalized care, exactly as my own pets. I have been using Rover so many times when I need to travel, and I know how important is to trust your furry baby on someone else ,so my commitment to safety, reliability, and genuine love for animals makes me a trusted choice for pet parents who want the best for their furry companions. I’m currently working part-time, so I will have plenty of time to play with your furry friend. I usually available during the weekends, and mornings during the week the weekdays. I can take care of of you pet at your home, take them for rides, feed them, and if you have cats, they are welcome to come to my house, where they can have a play date with mines.
About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and for the past 13 years I’ve been consistently caring for my own pups. Over the years I’ve worked with just about every breed you can imagine: Terriers, Huskies, Dobermans, Pitbulls, Boxers, Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Labs, Schnauzers, Poodles, Pomeranians, Border Collies, German Shepherds, Great Pyrenees, and more. No matter the size, age, or personality, I love getting to know each dog and what makes them happiest. At home, my wife and I share life with two Huskies and a cat, who we treat like our kids (yes birthdays and all!). Because I know how important our pets are to us, I extend the same level of love, patience, and care to every pet I look after. I come prepared with tandem leashes, a pet stroller, and standard leashes for walks of all kinds. I always pick up after your pup and make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and enjoying their time outside. For peace of mind, I’ve completed First Aid & CPR training (through both college and my career), and I stay up-to-date on general emergency response. While my certifications are human-focused, my training has given me the ability to quickly assess situations and take action; whether that means recognizing signs of overheating, making sure hydration is available, or adjusting for temperature and activity levels. I’m also OSHA certified, which means safety and awareness are second nature to me. Your pets will be in caring, capable hands, and I’ll treat them like my own from the moment we meet. I currently work a full-time government job. My wife is a teacher, so our lives are pretty busy. I am looking to do this as a part-time and enjoy combining a few things I enjoy: pets and exercise. Current Schedule: I get up around Noon, on the days I work (Wed, Thurs, Friday, Sat, Sun) I work from 6PM to 6AM. I will only accept care appointments between 1PM and 4:30PM. On Monday and Tuesday I will accept care appointments between 1PM and 6PM. Currently boarding is off the tables since my wife and I are busy. But I can make drop-in visits! In my home, pets are treated like family. I make sure they always have access to fresh water, healthy food on schedule, clean bedding, and plenty of love and attention. I keep playtime safe but fun, and I’m mindful of the temperature, hydration, and overall comfort of every pet in my care. My own pets get birthday celebrations, vitamins, and daily exercise, and I extend that same level of care to visiting pets. In a client’s home, I respect your routines and follow instructions closely so your pet feels secure in their familiar environment. That means sticking to feeding schedules, cleaning litter boxes or outdoor areas, refreshing water bowls, and making sure walks, playtime, and cuddle time happen as you prefer. I also handle clean-up (messes, accidents, fur, or litter) so your home is just as you left it. My goal in either setting is to keep pets happy, healthy, and comfortable while giving you peace of mind knowing they’re in capable and loving hands.
About: I’ve been helping my friends and family take care of their pets for years while taking care of my own elderly dog. I’ve helped with feeding, bathing, and medication for the animals and provide the upmost care for them. I’m currently free to work at any time from 6 am to 10 pm, I’ll take any day of the week since my schedule is completely open. I’m very gentle with animals, if they’re afraid to approach me or be around me I’ll keep my distance to keep them calm as possible. I’ll set their food and water and wait for them to eat in their own time since I already have the habit of doing so with my own dog due to him being very picky about what he eats. I always keep a close eye on them.
“Used Daniel for a week of daily drop-ins for our cat and he did a great job! He made sure we were all comfortable via a meet and greet and then followed all listed instructions during his visits. We will definitely look to book him again for future trips!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals my whole life. I’ve owned my own pets, cared for animals on a farm and even worked in a pet store for 2 years. I’ve cared for anything from lizards to bunnies and dogs to goats. Pet care fits into my routine easily since I work part-time and live close to my clients. I schedule visits around my shifts—usually mornings, afternoons, or evenings—for feeding, walks, and check-ins. I plan my week ahead so I can stay consistent with daily or recurring care and be flexible when needed. In my client’s home, I follow their care instructions closely to keep pets comfortable in their normal routine. This includes feeding, fresh water, walks, litter box or yard cleanup, playtime, and any medications if needed. I also give attention and companionship so they feel safe while their owner is away.
About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is the depth and diversity of my experience, paired with a true passion for animal welfare. I currently care for four dogs—three of whom are seniors—and two cats that I rescued as kittens, alongside other small animals. My hands-on knowledge extends to a wide range of animal needs, including special care for older pets and understanding the unique requirements of different species. I am also in school to become a vet tech, which means I bring up-to-date animal care knowledge. I have regularly provided pet sitting for family and friends, always focusing on creating a calm, attentive environment and building trust with every pet in my care. Whether it’s gentle senior dog walks, enriching play for curious cats, or managing routines for exotics and flock animals, I offer patient, reliable care tailored to each pet’s unique personality and health needs. Pet care is an integral part of my daily and weekly routine, centered around providing consistent, attentive, and compassionate care for all the animals I look after. Each day typically starts with feeding, ensuring every pet gets their specific dietary needs met, followed by exercise and playtime tailored to their energy levels and ages, especially considering my senior dogs. I dedicate time for grooming, health checks, and administering any necessary medications or treatments, drawing on my vet tech training to monitor for any signs of health changes. Throughout the week, I maintain a structured schedule that balances physical activity, mental stimulation, and rest for each pet, while also adapting to their unique behaviors and moods. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their established routine and household rules to keep pets comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow feeding instructions, administer medications if needed, and ensure exercise and companionship are consistent with the pet’s usual habits. I also make sure the home is secure, clean up after pets, and communicate regularly with owners to update them on their pet’s condition and activities. Whether in my home or theirs, my goal is to provide reliable, compassionate care tailored to each pet’s specific needs and comfort.
About: I’ve had both cats and dogs my entire life, and caring for animals has always been a natural part of my daily routine. My dogs and I have gone through training, which has given me valuable skills that I apply when working with other pets, whether it’s reinforcing good behavior, encouraging leash manners, or simply providing a calm and comforting presence. I understand how important it is to keep your pets safe, happy, and well exercised, and I treat every animal I care for like family. I am a full-time nursing student, with mostly open availability. Whether your pet needs a lunch time potty break, relaxing evening walk, or extra attention while you’re away, I’m happy to help. I’m committed to being reliable and flexible within my availability to make sure your pet stays happy, healthy, and well cared for. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a calm and comfortable environment with a private room where your pet can feel safe and relaxed. I make sure they have access to fresh water, regular potty breaks, playtime, and any special accommodations they may need. For pets in their own home, I follow your instructions closely to maintain their usual routine
“Erica was super great with home visits while I was out of town. Great communication, and a lot of reassuring videos made me feel confident my 4 dogs were happy and well cared for! Highly recommended!”

About: I have been pet sitting since I was a teenager. But I’ve been professionally pet sitting for about 5 years now. Over the course of those 5 years I’ve cared for all of the following animals: dogs, cats, birds, fish, snakes, turtles, lizards, hamsters, rabbits and horses. I’m in college getting an animal science degree and I’ve worked with a wide age range of animals. From puppies all the way to senior dogs and kittens all the way to elderly cats. I work part time from 9am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. But I am free before and after work hours. Additionally, I have large portions of the year (in winter, summer, and a few others) where I am available with no restrictions for pet sitting opportunities due to my jobs seasonal schedule. My childhood dog escaped once as kid, and even thought he was quickly found, it made me realize the horror of potentially losing a pet. As a result, I take pet safety very seriously. I will not walk a dog without a leash. I always double and triple check that doors are closed/locked (when appropriate). I haven’t had a pet escape or get lost on my watch yet, and I don’t plan to start now.

About: What sets me apart is the level of patience, attention, and genuine care I bring to every dog I work with. As a nursing student, being observant, responsible, and safety-focused comes naturally to me, and I carry those same qualities into how I care for pets. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. I work three 12-hour shifts per week at an urgent care, which gives me several full days and evenings off that I specifically dedicate to pet sitting and dog care. On my days off, I have a flexible schedule and can provide attentive care, walks, playtime, and companionship. Because I’m used to a structured healthcare schedule, I’m very organized, dependable, and committed to showing up when pets and owners need me. I enjoy spending my free time with animals, so caring for pets is something I genuinely look forward to, not just an obligation. At this time, I’m focusing on caring for pets in my client’s home so they can remain comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. I understand how important trust is when someone is entering your home and caring for your pet, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I always follow owner instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications if needed, exercise, routines, and any special requests. I’m happy to provide regular updates, photos, and communication so you feel completely at ease while you’re away. I’m also very respectful of your home and will make sure everything is left clean, secure, and exactly how you expect. My goal is to make both you and your pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way.
East Hemet cat parents share their Rover experiences
Edgar and Denise have taken exceptional care of my dad’s cats. On two separate occasions, my dad had unexpected hospitalizations, and they stepped in on very short notice to make sure the cats were safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Other reliability and kindness have been a tremendous relief during a stressful time. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and highly recommend them.
