I also have two dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and attentive to care for your pets. I genuinely love dogs and enjoy making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. As a dog owner myself, pet care is already a part of my daily routine. I’m used to feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and making sure dogs get plenty of attention and care throughout the day. Since I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, drop-in visits fit naturally into my weekly schedule. I’m organized, reliable, and able to plan my day around making sure pets are cared for consistently and on time. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of attention and playtime, and receive walks or potty breaks as needed. I always pay close attention to each dog’s personality, behavior, and any specific instructions provided by the owner. Safety and trust are very important to me, so I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure at all times and that the home is left exactly how I found it. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel reassured while they’re away. Since I have two dogs of my own, I understand how important it is to know your pets are in caring and reliable hands.

Animals have always been a part of my life, and I have owned dogs for as long as I can remember. Currently, our family shares our home with a dog, a cat, and a flock of chickens, so I am comfortable caring for a variety of animals and understand the importance of providing reliable, attentive care. My husband and I live in Zionsville with our three children, and we stay actively involved in our community. I work at our local middle school during the school year and have a very flexible schedule throughout the summer. In addition to caring for my own pets, I volunteer extensively with my children's activities. I serve as the treasurer for my daughter's club soccer team, help my husband run our youth lacrosse program, and enjoy participating with my son in Boy Scouts. Mid-Morning/Afternoon (Variable): This is often when I schedule client visits or depending on the day, this might involve: running errands Boarding Care: For dogs staying with me, this includes regular potty breaks, supervised playtime in my yard (often integrated with my own dogs if appropriate and safe), and individual attention. Evening (5:00 PM - 8:00 PM): This mirrors the morning routine for my own pets: Feeding: Dinner time for everyone. Potty Breaks: Evening elimination walks. Relaxation/Affection Time: Cuddling on the couch, gentle petting or quiet playtime. Preparing for the Night: Ensuring fresh water and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
