Initially, I was a bit nervous about dropping off my 8 month old pup, Blue, just because I wasn't entirely sure how he would do in a new environment without me and other dogs present. Blue settled in super fast and had the best day! Alex was reassuring and sent updates throughout the day with pictures and videos that were so appreciated. Blue was in awesome hands and I'm so grateful he had fun with new friends, lots of space to run around, and an awesome caregiver in Alex and his family. Shihong took Peanut on short notice, picked her up to take her on a walk around the block with his dog, Cotton, and reported back that things were going well! Peanut had a couple accidents in the house and he was unfazed. He was diligent about socializing her to his dog and by the end of the day they were snuggled in the crate together. Wish we could bring Peanut to Shihong every day! Highly recommend.”

About: I am a lifelong rescuer of dogs and cats...I have raised puppies, adopted senior dogs, and adopted six dogs from shelters in the last 25 years. Most of my dogs and I had basic training classes together. I love walking dogs, playing with them, and caring for them in general...and i am excellent at bathing and medicating pups of all ages....even the reluctant ones! I like to be outdoors, so I am happy to walk and play with the dogs in my care outside at least 3 times a day.. I work from home, so I am generally available, weekdays and weekends. I am flexible about scheduling, and I welcome long term stays. I am also happy to accept last minute requests. I own my home...I don't have a fenced yard, but will walk my dog guests frequently, as i do like to be outdoors...I enjoy having dogs in my home, and spending lots of time with them. They are welcome on the furniture and to sleep on the bed..

About: My first rescue was a mixed breed puppy for our family. She died after 17 years of filling our hearts with joy. My second rescue was also a mixed breed puppy. She is very affectionate and energetic. I have watched dogs for my family and neighbors on multiple occasions. I have a huge yard with a pond for running and swimming and there is always lots of snuggles and love inside. I work remotely 4 out of 5 weekdays. On the day I go into the office, my husband has the flexibility to stop in several times to walk the dog around the back yard and hand out treats. Safety is the number one concern and I would always have your dog leashed outside. Inside they would have plenty of space for play and rest .

She can be tricky because she’s really shy and anxious at first and then when she is comfortable she is as rambunctious and energetic as you would expect a 1 y/o BC puppy to be. I never have any doubts that these guys will give her the attention, training, care and love that she needs when I have to leave her.”

About: Having grow up on a farm surrounded by dogs, taking care of animals is something I’ve been doing for a very long time. I have a very broad exposure to different temperaments and age groups from puppies to 15 year olds! I’ve watched 8 pound dogs all the way up to 200lbs dogs, none of which I’ve ever had a problem with! I also have experience watching cats! I look forward to caring for your furry family member! Working online, I’m able to have a flexible schedule and provide consistent care throughout the day! I wake up early and go on walks, and I’m always around to make sure they have ample food and water as there needs dictate! I don’t live with any pets, and I have access to a private unfenced yard. I’m also a short distance from trails and fields that I regularly walk! I have lots of experience with drop in visits, as well as overnight stays. I used to host on Airbnb so I understand the value of leaving spaces better than I found them!

I live in a quiet apartment surrounded by forest and green space, with very little car traffic in the neighborhood, which is perfect for peaceful walks and outdoor sniff time. At my place, I maintain a clean and cozy space with plenty of room for your doggie or kitty to lounge, play, or nap. In your home, I'll respect the privacy and cleaness of your space. I will follow your care instructions closely, from feeding routines to medication schedules and favorite toys, because I know how important familiarity and consistency is to their happiness.

About: I have been caring for our furry friends for as long as I can remember. Since I was a teenager, I would watch 2 Yorkies for a family friend where they would stay with me in my family's home and receive plenty of cuddles, play and outdoor time for potty breaks. From that point on, I have watched dogs for family and friends within their homes or in my home for years. Whatever special requirements your pup may have, I can meet their needs and ensure they receive extra pampering and cuddles for the time they are away from you. I have cared for puppies in the process of being crate trained, potty trained and wee wee pad trained. I have also cared for senior dogs who need daily medications administered, have challenges with arthritis or losing sight. Whatever stage your fur baby is in, I can care for them at that stage. I know how important it is to know that your furry family member is being cared for and loved just as much you would is a great relief. Knowing your fur baby will be in the most loving and capable hands allows you to go about your daily routines or go on vacations with your mind at ease. I am currently staying at home and have availability most days and weekends. I have 1 dog at home who gets along very well with all dogs, big and small alike. I have a spacious home with plenty of space for dogs to curl up and cuddle or soak in some sun warmth. Additionally, I have a fenced in yard for getting out and getting the zoomies out when needed. Multiple walks a day 2-3x (depending on day care, or if boarding more, and individual dog's needs) to the nearby park.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and have proudly raised my Mayflower (16 year old Boston terrier) since I was 12 years old. I see all dogs as our best friends and family and will care for your dogs with the same love and dedication that I care for mine. I am an incredibly active person, I spend my spare time backpacking and hiking and love to bring my dogs with me on my weekend camping trips. My dogs are my world, and I think all dogs deserve to be surrounded by loving people even if I’m just a dog sitter! I can’t wait to meet your pups and dogs and make more amazing dog friendships! At my home we have a small back yard and our apartment is very dog friend, both of my dogs are good with dogs and up to date on their shots. When caring for your pets in my home or away I will schedule my work around your dog and work from home.

About: I've had years of experience caring animals as a pet sitter, veterinary technician,shelter volunteer as well as pet mom to many fuzzy, scaly, and feathered friends. I'm a mother of school aged children and I have a very flexible schedule including day,evening,and weekend hours. Short notice requests can usually be accomodated. I'm very comfortable reading animal body language. I have a very people/dog friendly dog who loves to join in on a walk if your dog would like the company.
