About: Freedom is my actual birth name (preferred btw) So here at Freedom Cares 🫶🏼 I believe all animals have their own unique level of care needs. I grew up with a variety of furry friends from a very young age. I remember being 3 and hiding in my Nanas room with Kittens and snuggling them trying to feed them with my (dolls play baby bottle) and. My experience with animals Includes dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, donkeys, ducks, turtles, cows, fish and more. Animals are always drawn to my calming energy, regardless of where I am. Farm, fair, friends house, walks, etc. I Firmly believe my Biological mom named me Freedom for a reason. I am a private caregiver to those with disabilities. Therefore my schedule is quite flexible. I can do drop inns, boarding, overnights, walks and more. Some of my clients even enjoy pet therapy. As long as the pet owner is up to that. 😊 As a kid I had many animals and experience with farm life. Including 4H training for dogs. I most recently have experience at a dog daycare. Where we practiced techniques from The Dog Guru. More importantly each animal/client/prospect is different. Therefore, I will follow the clients/animals routine. Whether the animals need long walks and extra attention. Or just a quick drop in and some fresh water. Or extra lovings while their owner is away. Your animal/animals will surely be taken care of.

About: I am an outgoing person and love being around dogs! When it comes to the dogs, I can bathe them, walk them, play with them, feed them, and more! My dog requires oral medication on a daily basis so I am able to do the same to your pets if it is needed! Even though they are our pets, they are our furry family members and deserve the best! When it comes to experience, I have watched many family and friends dogs while they are on vacation and now I am looking to expand whose dogs I get to meet. I currently have 2 dogs of my own, both mini Australian Shepherd’s! I hope to meet your pup soon! I am currently working full-time from home and am able to do drop-ins or walks on my lunch break depending on work meetings. I am also done by 5:20 everyday and can do after work drop-ins! When I am at your house, I will do whatever makes your dog feel most comfortable. I know they don’t like when their family is gone and it’s my job to make them as happy as they can be until their family gets back home!

About: My love for animals began early on once I rescued my first childhood pet. Throughout my life I have walked and taken care of animals however, my love grew insurmountably when I rescued my first dog (Gordy) myself. Gordy and I loved walking, hiking, going on adventures, and snuggling. Unfortunately, in November 2024 he was diagnosed with a variety of complicated health problems and passed away in April 2025. That journey led me have experience in handling diabetic dogs (giving insulin, being aware of behavioral changes, and giving medication). I also have some experience/knowledge in dog training as Gordy was a canine good citizen. I am acutely aware of how to successfully walk and handle hyperactive pups and love to provide other enriching activities. I am communicative and love interacting with both dogs and humans and I find it important to gain the trust of you as I know all too well how much your pup means to you. I am a licensed mental health counselor who currently works primarily at home. I have a flexible schedule allowing plenty time for a good walk and enrichment while also providing appropriate downtime and attention. While I do live in an apartment, I have access to a number of parks in the Troy area while also willing to travel to surrounding areas for more fun.

About: Hello! I (Mellysa) have 14 years of veterinary specialty and emergency hospital experience as well as fostering and pet sitting. Prior to that I grew up in 4H and was responsible for farm animals from large animals like cows, horses, pigs, sheep to chickens and peacocks and other fowl. My partner (Chris) and I work together petsitting and own an online business as well. We specialize in patients that have extra needs or need to have medications or treatments administered, but love healthy pets too! We can do daycare or overnight care at our house. We enjoy working with all types of breeds, young and old, feline and canine. For daycare or boarding, they must be under 15 lbs. I (Mellysa) am well trained to be alert and ensure your pet is comfortable and healthy at all times. We will never force your pet to do something that they do not want to do or is unsafe. My priority is for your pet to play safe and have fun! I can't wait to work with your pet! I work from home for my own business. I offer day care or boarding in our home. I love pets of all kinds and have vast experience with almost all, including reptiles! I have a fenced yard with several points of security. The plants are non toxic and no pets go out unsupervised. About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since i was 12, Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets, My mother is an animal lover and she taught us to love them and take care of them as if they were our own children. She taught us to bathe them, feed them, buy their clothes, cut their nails and give them all the love. I can work part-time and full-time because lam a mother and it is my source of income and llove working with pets. I have no problem doing it any time. They can even stay with me if needed. I make sure the dogs or cats stay safe and comfortable environment, provide regular exercise and fresh water, ensure proper nutrition, administer medications as needed, and provide emotional support. I clean his teeth , provided favorites snacks dogs, play with them, go to the park, walk/run with them, and more if need

About: In my home animals are considered family. I will treat your family with the same love and attention I provide my own. I have cared for animals my entire life, and have experience with large and small dog breeds, cats and birds. Each animal is different and needs to be cared for differently. I will tailor my care plan as appropriate for your baby. I will provide daily updates and photos. If I come into your home, I will notify you upon arrival and departure. In my home I will only provide care for one family’s animals at a time. I am available for in home visits early morning, lunch time and evenings. I work from home full time. In my home the dogs will be provided love and attention daily and be let outside to run in a fenced in yard supervised at minimum ever 2 - 3 hours. Pets will be supervised at all times outdoors Pets will have minimal alone time, but will always have a space available if they choose alone time

About: I have been arround animals all my life. I learned to heal them. I have skills detecting diseases or changes in their behavior. I am good taking care of sick animals. Caws, sheep, dogs. Etc. I have rescued 3 dogs. I have a trained dog. The last 2 years I have been learning how to train dogs. I am able to improve their behavior, teach them basic commands and to play with tht ball or walk beside you. Of course rai train dogs means teach owners too. Also I have. Learned some about grooming. I am not a professional but I have enough experience now. I enjoy give them a bath! Take care of puppies would be wonderful! They only are babies for 3 months. It is a very short time. Nights: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. And on holiday weekends Im available Saturday/Sunday night. Days: Boarding Evening except Saturday:.Sitting. I'm available on Holiday weekends I have a day job but it's flexible. By observing them to get to know them also paying attention to their parents and their instructions and guidelines. Dogs are able to understand language so it's important to talk to them to gain trust

About: I have a young pup myself! She is four years old, and I always take her for walks, to the dog park, beaches, etc! While taking care of her I have watched other dogs, or have taken them out for quick breaks, etc. She loves the company, and I love it too as well as being able to help a fellow doggy mama or father. I did take her to training so I have some skills in training puppies or any age as they can always learn! This is a home with another dog so I will need proof of vaccinations for boarding or daycare, and can only board/watch dogs that are socialized around other dogs and enjoy their company. So happy to help, looking forward to playing with more pups! I currently work part-time, so I have plenty of time to help out! I can board dogs any day of the week, but just know the days I work they will be caged in a large cage during my shift or until my partner is home for the protection of my dog and yours. My dog is extremely social and friendly in fact she likes dogs more than people, but I want to be safe and keep them separated when no one is home. They will never be left alone for more than 4 hours, if that, for the days that I work. For walking services I am available during the morning/afternoons, and some evenings just reach out whenever and I'll let you know! Same goes for daycare. I understand sometimes things come up, so don't hesitate to reach out for same-day service! I'm always looking for a new adventure, so I know a lot of walking spots, and even some water spots for the dogs that love to splash! I also have a partially fenced in back yard, but I have a line that I would use for the dogs to play. If comfortable with me driving, I do have two doggy seatbelts, and know of other places to take the dogs to play, but I have plenty of local dog parks and walks nearby if driving is not something you'd want me to do with your dog. Trust me, I get it! When we're done with our adventure, I have plenty of toys to play with in home. Again, for boarding services, depending on the days needed for boarding, I may have to work. The pup will be caged for safety purposes of both parties, but never more than 4 hours.
