“Jacqueline was very communicative before and during my dog's stay. I had a last minute request, but she was able to accommodate us and sent cute pictures of my dog. My dog has a great time playing and snuggling!”

“We boarded Lily with Kasey when she she a 1 year old rambunctious puppy and we were so happy with her care. Now, post Covid we were lucky Kasey was available once again. Lily is now a 5 year old and a lot calmer. We were gone for 10days and Lily fit in well with Gracie and Dilly (kasey’s dogs) we didn’t have a worry leaving Lily and are grateful for Kasey. She is a gem! Thanks Kasey!”

“MICHELLE IS AMAZING!! She has house sat, done drop ins and has boarded our dog many times. She is so thoughtful and compassionate towards dogs. She has a huge fenced in yard that my dog loves. Michelle sends pictures and a daily review of activities and opinions of how my dog or her dog are viewing the visit. I laugh and look forward to reading the fun and lively updates. I HIGHLY recommend Michelle for any dog sitting needs!”

“Sara was amazing! Really communicative and made everything so easy! Our dog loved the extra attention of having a whole family around seemed totally at ease. I would recommend Sara and John to anyone in the area!”

“Sydney and Luna had an excellent stay! They were very spoiled with lots of love and attention. We received pictures of their fun twice a day! We highly recommend Jason and Kristen!”

“Jordan’s communication was top notch!!! Jordan was very attentive to my concerns and was flexible with our pick up/drop off schedule. Most importantly, I felt like Willard was in good hands for the short time we were away. Jordan sent texts and pictures of Willard and kept us updated throughout the stay. Jordan is great!! Highly recommended sitter!”

“Anthony did a great job! He was very accommodating with the drop off and pick up times. Anthony sent me a picture of my dogs within a half hour after I dropped them off. It immediately made me feel more comfortable.”

“Cheryl watched my 13+ year old tri-ped for 2 weeks. He was well taken care of, she recognized when his remaining back leg was too tired for a 2nd walk of the day. Took care with him during thunderstorms. My dog and hers got along well. I absolutely would and will book with her again.”

“Our dog has stayed with Brianna for multiple stays. Brianna communicates well and is flexible with drop off and pick up times. Our dog is excited when he gets there and is happy when we pick him up. We will continue to request stays with Brianna in the future”

“Crystal is the first rover sitter that kept both of my 7 month old puppies. I really appreciate the care that she showed towards my babies and would highly recommend and will request her again if she is available 🥰”

“It was so convenient having Victoria and Rishi watch our Pepper over Easter weekend. She seemed to have a blast with all her pack buddies while we were on vacation- even got to go on a couple nature walks! We were nervous never having used Rover, but we will definitely leave her with R. and V. again. Thanks for being Pepper's home away from home!”

“Fabulous sitter! She was quick to reply and took care of our babe last minute. She even went out of her way to drop him off for us, and waited 5-10 minutes extra due to our event not being done yet. HIGHLY recommend! THANK YOU SO MUCH!”

“If I could give a six star review, I would. From start to finish Damoan went above and beyond. This was my first time using this platform and if im being honest, I was kinda worried about the care my buddy would get. Then I was IMMEDIATELY put at ease talking with Damoan. She was extremely responsive, professional and friendly. I booked as a last minute situation. She came and picked my buddy up and even " took care " of an unexpected welcoming " gift " my buddy had waiting for her. Lol. She gave me constant updates on how he was doing and interacting with other dogs she was sitting for. When I arrived to pick him up he was sad to leave, which was the MOST comforting sign. I will most DEFINITELY have Damoan watch Kang again in the future. I cant thank you enough for taking such amazing care of my buddy. See you soon.”

“Julie did an excellent job caring for my dog. This was my first experience boarding my dog through Rover. I will definitely try to book with Julie in the future. She sent text updates with pictures and videos. Thank you so much, Julie!”

“Alice is an amazing sitter. She truly cares for her houseguests and keeps them active and safe. Not to mention she is great with sending updates. I get anxious about leaving my fur baby, but Alice takes such great care of her which keeps me from worrying. Definitely recommend!”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
