This was my first time leaving her and she unexpectedly had to have emergency surgery only 2 days before we left, but this turned out to be no concern at all. Kim knew exactly what to do, guided her through recovery, administered her medication, etc. Kim was easy to contact before/during the trip and, from daily photos/video she sent, it was obvious Beryl was having a great time and she was very happy/healthy when we picked her up. I would definitely use her again.”

She kept them company and showed them lots of love for me while I was gone. Communication was great and I appreciate all of her help.
