“Kaitland is so amazing. She’s responsive, so gentle, and her communications is always on point. We baby our 10-year old frenchie, and Kailand and her daughters are the most amazing and trusted pals we could have had asked for. 10/10 - would definitely book again”

About: I volunteered at Ana’s Angels for 3 years, I walked the dogs, made them look nice and presentable for people wanting to adopt them, I fed them, gave them water, and cleaned up their poop. I will be able to do the same, if not more for your dog or puppy. I am a big animal lover, and would love to help you out! I have my own animal at home, but able to come during the day or board any cats that are friendly with other cats as needed. I will come to your home and take your pet and whatever they may need…if they need a walk, to be let out, fed/water, or even some love. I am very respectful and will follow whatever rules you oblige upon me, and will show your pet so much love and care!
“My two dogs loved going to daycare with Megan! She was very good at providing care suited to their inidividual temperaments-- my Tate is an independent explorer, and she allowed him to do his thing, while my little Bea is more timid, so she gave her a quieter space where she could relax while she was getting used to the other dogs before she warmed up and was ready to interact. Megan kept me updated with photos and videos so I knew my pups were well cared for and enjoying themselves. I would highly recommend Megan!”

“My pup, bandit, had a great time. I scheduled a day care for Tuesday and Thursday. On Thursday, as soon as I pulled into the drive way, Bandit got really excited. Jerome sent pictures both days and updates, he even fed him dinner which wasn’t necessary since I plan on feeding him when he got him but it was super kind of him!! Bandit is a high energy dog and when he got home all he did was sleep which is great! I would definitely recommend Jerome and I would use him again. He was very nice and accommodating, treating my dog as his own :)”

About: Hi! My name's Gisselle I’m 26, an animal lover, and part of a proud military family. I got into pet boarding as a way to help my family financially while also pursuing something I genuinely love—caring for animals . Growing up with different animals helped develope an understanding that can only come with experience. What sets me apart is my lifelong experience with dogs and my commitment to providing exceptional care. I've cared for dogs of all breeds, ages, and personalities, including fostering and rescuing dogs from neglectful situations. Through hands-on experience and self-education in canine behavior and training, I've developed the skills to understand and meet each dog's unique needs. Whether caring for playful puppies, active adults, or senior dogs, I provide a safe, loving, and dependable environment that gives pet owners peace of mind. I'm currently unemployed and have a great support system of friends and my spouse who LOVE dogs. Not tied to many commitments, leaving me free to be present & dog sit day/night. Typically only gone to do errands. Which isn't more than 2 hrs at a time. Available Mon-Sun for nights and days. I understand the concerns that come with leaving your fur baby in the care of someone you may not know. My goal is not only to provide your pup with quality care, but to ensure they are treated with the same love, attention, and compassion I would give my own. A few of the protocols I have in place when your pup boards with me include, but are not limited to: regular photo and video updates, testimonials and reviews from previous clients, and passing my Rover background. For your pet’s safety, I am always physically present when they are outside to help prevent any potential escapes or elopements. I also have cameras on the property to monitor the surroundings, and I keep the contact information and locations of nearby veterinarians and animal hospitals readily available in case of an emergency.

About: I’ve always lived with many cats and dogs my whole life. I’ve had a variety of pets of all ages including rabbits, snakes, bearded dragons, hamsters. I’ve also fostered many kittens and puppies and I currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats, the majority rescues. I’m a huge animal lover! I am mostly a stay at home mom with 4 pets. We take the dogs on daily walks and sometimes to the park. We are always spending time outdoors in our spacious back yard with our dogs running around and cats climbing trees and roofs and such! I have 2 dogs and 2 cats both very friendly if spending time together! I also have a fenced in yard with a garden. I have a separate indoor petroom stocked with a couple crates (if needed for my big dog), enclosed cat litter boxes, a large cat climbing tree, plenty of pet food and treats, many water bowls and toys for all! And a very family friendly neighborhood for walks and a spacious (not fenced) park as well.

“Thank you so much Shannon!! The pups had so much fun and really enjoyed their new friends. I greatly appreciate you taking care of them on such a short notice. You are a definite keeper.”

About: Hi. I’m Lisa. I have multiple dogs. This is not a red flag—it’s a résumé. I’ve spent years deep in animal rescue and still actively foster, which means I regularly welcome new personalities, quirks, and mild emotional instability into my home. At this point, I don’t just “watch dogs”—I run a highly functional, well-managed society of them. We live on a private 5-acre property, so your dog will have space to run, explore, decompress, and live their best life (or quietly supervise from afar—equally valid). I specialize in: • Senior dogs (less teeth, more wisdom) • Anxious dogs (we respect boundaries here) • High-energy chaos agents • Dogs with ✨very specific personalities✨ • Medication routines (including the dramatic ones) Because of my rescue background, I’m extremely tuned in to dog behavior. I can read subtle cues, prevent issues before they start, and keep things structured, safe, and low-stress—even in a multi-dog environment. ⸻ 🐾 House Rules / Vibe Check • Kind dogs only (no true aggression—quirky is fine, chaos is fine, mean is not) • Must be safe around other dogs or able to be managed appropriately • Owners who understand their dog’s personality = my favorite people • Honesty about behavior/needs is required (I can handle a lot—I just need to know) ⸻ 🐾 What You’re Actually Getting (aka why I’m not the cheapest option) This is not a revolving-door setup or a “quick check-in” situation. This is: • Experienced, behavior-aware care • A structured, calm environment • Space to decompress (5 acres, not a crowded house) • Intentional management of all dogs in my care • Someone who notices the small things before they become big things I keep my bookings limited so every dog gets real attention, proper supervision, and a stress-free experience. ⸻ 🐾 Honesty Hour If your dog is: • A little spoiled → same • A little weird → preferred • A little feral → I’ve built my brand on this • A senior with strong opinions → immediate VIP access Your dog won’t just be “watched.” They will be understood, respected, and gently obsessed over. ⸻ 🐾 What You Can Expect • Frequent updates + photos (yes, probably more than you expected) • Consistent routines based on your dog’s needs • A calm, confident sitter—even when dogs are being… dogs • Thoughtful, individualized care ⸻ 🐾 Bottom Line This is my life, not a side hustle. If you’re looking for experienced, reliable, premium-level care—with plenty of space, structure, and someone who genuinely gets dogs—you’re in the right place. Fragile angel, chaotic goblin, or distinguished crusty legend… all are welcome here. My schedule is currently very open—which means your dog is getting full-time, high-attention care, not a “fit them in between errands” situation. I’m home most of the day, so dogs in my care are: • Rarely left alone • Let out frequently (because tiny bladders + strong opinions are real) • Closely monitored for mood, appetite, and overall vibes • Given attention on demand (or respectfully ignored if they’re in their “don’t perceive me” era) This setup is especially ideal for: • Seniors who need extra support • Anxious dogs who do best with consistency • Small dogs who believe they are in charge (I respect it, I just manage it) Because I’m consistently present, I’m able to keep things calm, structured, and safe—even with multiple dogs. I notice the little things early, adjust as needed, and make sure every dog is comfortable in their own way. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and stress level are my top priorities. I live on a private 5-acre property with multiple secure yard areas, which allows me to tailor each dog’s experience. Dogs are never just “turned loose”—everything is intentional, supervised, and based on their individual personality and comfort level. I do have larger dogs in my home—but they are extremely small-dog savvy. Through rescue and fostering (over 1,000 small dogs), they’ve learned to be calm, respectful, and appropriate with tiny dogs. That said—if your dog prefers space from larger dogs, that’s absolutely not a problem. I’m able to use separate yard areas and manage groups accordingly so every dog feels safe and comfortable. Because I foster and manage multiple dogs regularly, I’m very experienced in: • Reading dog behavior and body language • Safe introductions (or choosing not to introduce at all) • Structured group management and separation when needed • Preventing issues before they start All dogs (mine included) are always separated for feeding and meal times until everyone is completely finished. This is a strict safety protocol I never deviate from. Dogs can be crated if needed (or if that’s what they’re used to), and I also separate for rest and decompression to keep the environment calm and low-stress.

About: Hi! I’m Priscilla, a lifelong dog lover and pet parent who knows how important it is to have someone you genuinely trust with your pets. I have experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, personalities, and energy levels, including large breeds and senior dogs. I understand that every pet has their own routine, comfort level, and quirks, so I take the time to follow your instructions and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. Whether your dog needs a walk, playtime, meals, cuddles, medication reminders, or just someone dependable to keep them company, I’ll treat them with the same care and attention I give my own pets. I’ll follow your feeding, medication, crate, and care instructions carefully and send regular photo and video updates while your dog is with me.

About: I have had the joy of having dogs and cats as my companions my entire life! Including 2 painted turtles and fish. I've always had a love for animals and nature. I absolutely enjoy meeting new pet friends of all kinds. I have been pet sitting here in Jacksonville for 3 years now and have had the pleasure of caring for parrots, fish, cats, and dogs. A client of mine has a cat that needs medication as well as my own dog with allergies. I've done pet sitting for my own veterinarian's small farm with ducks, chickens, mini ponies, and mini donkey's as well. I now basic training as my own dog attended puppy classes at the K9 Obedience Club of Jacksonville. In my younger years, I worked in a veterinarian clinic for 2 years. I took a different path and started a career in the medical field in a sleep lab and am now getting back to what I truly love. Pet care! Either way, I have a nurturing nature and will treat your pets just like my own! I am a stay-at-home mom currently. I pick my daughter up from school weekly and am unavailable from 1pm-2:30pm due to the commute. Otherwise, I'm available to care for or play with your pet any other time during the week. I am available anytime on the weekends. I have a large fenced in yard with two friendly dogs for your pets to play with. I crate my own dogs and can do the same for yours if need be. I give my own dog medication for her allergies and can do the same for your own. I never leave outdoor play unattended as I do have a pool. If feeding time is needed, I separate all so as to not cause issues. I give lots of love and attention!

About: Hi! I’m Jerrica, a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) with 10 years of experience in the veterinary medical field and a lifelong love for animals. 🐾 My goal is to give you peace of mind while you’re away by caring for your pets like they’re part of my own family. With my veterinary background, I’m comfortable recognizing when something seems “off,” caring for pets with a variety of needs, and making sure every pet in my care is safe, comfortable, and happy. Pet sitting with me is about more than meals, potty breaks, and a cozy place to sleep! I incorporate mental enrichment, playtime, exercise, affection, and plenty of one-on-one attention based on your pet’s individual personality and routine. Whether they love toys and games, exploring outside, snuggling on the couch, or just having someone nearby, I want their stay to feel like a fun little vacation of their own. 🐶🐱❤️ When your pet stays with me, they’re treated like family—because that’s exactly how I’d want someone to care for mine. Pet care isn’t something I have to squeeze into my schedule—it is my schedule! 🐾 As a full-time pet sitter, my days are centered around the pets in my care, allowing me to provide plenty of attention, supervision, playtime, and enrichment throughout the day. I keep my schedule flexible so I can accommodate each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including meals, potty breaks, walks, medications, play sessions, and plenty of cuddle time. Whether your pet is staying in my home or I’m caring for them in yours, my goal is to keep them safe, comfortable, active, and feeling like part of the family! 🐾❤️ For pets staying with me, I have a fully fenced backyard for supervised play and potty breaks, and I also offer leash walks for exercise and enrichment. For dogs who enjoy a little adventure and have their owner’s permission, I can provide transportation to local dog parks for some extra exercise and fun. My home also includes my friendly little Corgi, Cheesecake, along with my two school-aged kids, so pets who enjoy children and other dogs have plenty of opportunities for companionship, playtime, and attention. Of course, I tailor each stay to the individual pet—quieter guests are given their own space and downtime, while our social butterflies can join in on the fun! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their established routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, medications, playtime, enrichment, and lots of affection. No matter which service you choose, I want your pet to receive the same kind of attentive, loving care I’d want for my own. 🐶🐱

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Duval
The best ever!!! I have met many people and family’s on my journey across the states and we both agree Kaitland and her family gave us the best experience during our time in Jacksonville. She was super flexible and accommodating in every scenario we threw at her. But her family was the best part, We explored, cuddled, tended the garden, took naps, and became friends. Definitely new friends. I can’t wait to see you again. XOXO Kirby

I love the fact Hannah only takes on one dog at a time she was very fast to respond to my booking request, communicated with me through out the day sending photos of my pup, I will definitely use Hannah again. Thank for watching Striker Hannah hope you have a great rest of your day.
