“I went out of town for about 12 days and used Rover for the first time to board my 2 cats since it was too long to leave them alone. I found Kristi to be a very understanding person despite some mishaps with the dropoff timing and that one of the cats peed on the bed 2 days after the dropoff, likely due to being scared of the new surroundings. Kristi did a great job with adapting to difficulties with the cats like putting gates on the bed. I picked up my cats and they were in great condition. I would definitely board my cats with Kristi again.”
