We found Judy with 5 stars and rave reviews and we are so thankful we did! She took him hiking and loved on him and he did very well. We were anxious to get a sitter in an area we didn’t know anyone. About: I am so excited to start watching your pet. I have loved animals of all kinds all my life. I know how hard it is to leave your pet with just anybody especially a kennel. It's not always possible to take your pet with you everywhere you go. I think I can be the next best thing to them being at home with you and your family. I have 1 dog who loves playmates, I am home most of the time. I can take your dog outside for excercise. I live on acreage with a mile long driveway. there is no traffic. About this sitter: No matter where you roam, there is truly no place like home. I offer pet care in my home but if you and your dog would be more comfortable, I will come to you. Whether it's visiting your dog or cat just for the day, taking it on a walk or maybe spending the night with it, I am happy to do as little or as much as needed. About: Dogs have always been part of my life, from Jack Russel Terriers to Great Danes. I also have volunteered at Circle of Change which is a dog program for veterans and at risk youth. I am a retired nurse that is home daily, that includes multiple walks daily for my own pet. In our small neighborhood our dog gets plenty of attention while walking due to multiple children in the neighborhood. I have the ability to crate dogs and have a large yard but unfortunately no fence but I do live in a small dog friendly neighborhood

About: I have raised and cared for dogs, cats, reptiles and farm animals! I am a stay at home mom with plenty of time to love on your pup! We revolve our life around our animals which currently include a small herd of goats, chickens and dachshunds. I have the time and flexibility to care for your pets in our home and treat them like family! I also have vast experience with animal emergencies that come along with raising farm animals and I feel we (my family and I) are well equipped to handle most situations. We also have a farm vet that is willing to come out in the event of an emergency! I am a stay at home mom and have around the clock availability. When we are out of home it is usually just for a few hours. I can accommodate most schedules! I am available for sitting in our home 7 days a week and to do drop in sitting M-T. We live on 10 acres set back far from the road. We have friendly dachshunds who can be kept separately or allowed to play with your pup! We have a fenced in small pasture for out door play or they can just stay inside and be leash walked!

About: I have had pets for most of my life. Friends and family have trusted me with their furry loved ones for the past twenty years of my life. I have helped train many of them. From rabbits, to cats, birds and dogs I have owned and taken care of through the years I have found that I love and enjoy them all the same. I feel intuitive to their needs and feelings and though my husband and I travel often so we don’t feel it fare to have pets right now we can’t wait to have them again someday. My husband and I love being at home in the evenings and cooking dinner together as well as going for walks so your pet will have lots of company and fun. We have a pretty big yard with a portion of it fenced in. We also have a neighborhood behind us to take your dog on longer walks throughout the day if they like more exercise. I will try to the best of my ability to give your pet the same schedule, love and care they receive at home from you. If they need to be crated in the evenings or when we are not at home that is perfectly okay. We have facilities on site to keep them indoors and out of the weather.

“Esmeralda offered the perfect day care experience for our little morkie, Molly. We were visiting in the Blue Ridge area and had activities planned for two days that would not allow us to bring our pet along. Esmeralda's home was a peaceful retreat in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Our little morkie gets overwhelmed and stressed at boarding facilities. But she was happy and playful when I picked her up each day. Esmeralda sent updates and photos both days and was genuinely happy to see Molly each morning. I love dogs and I know sometimes is hard finding someone that will love your babies as much as you do, I will try my best to love and care about them like you do! I’m a stay at home dog mom, I’m available every day from 6am to 7pm to go out for walks or run to your house and feed them in case you are out of town/work.
