About: Hello, my name is Alex! Animals have always been an interest of mine (fun fact: my favorite animal is the grizzly bear) and I love caring for them! I've been taking care of my family dogs for the last 5 years and recently adopted my kitty a little over a year ago. Outside of that, I volunteer at my local shelter and have been hired to walk dogs by neighbors as well as dog/ house sit from time to time. I may be new to Rover but I am not new to being dependable and responsible! I am currently a Junior in college and do not work a job during the academic year. My main constraint is classes when school is in session, but other than that I will work diligently to fit into whatever schedule is needed of me! I know how difficult it can be to trust someone else with your pet. This is why I do my absolute best to make sure each fur baby is treated with the same love and care that I would want for my own. About: Ive always lived with either dogs, cats, fish, or reptiles. Animals have always been apart of my life and they will continue to be so. I work full time during the week but I make my own schedule so I am flexible. I am primarily available for Friday- Sunday pet care. I own a german shepherd Harley who is 5 and has to have topical drops and medicine given orally daily. So I am decently experienced in giving medication and will treat you pet as my own while taking care of them.
