Pet Sitting in Dumfries

About: I am a 2020 graduate of the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and work as an organic farmer. Rover helps me to earn money for myself during the off season when work dies down. Contact me if you need help caring for your pets. I'm a lover of cats and dogs (and farm animals) and have had them as pets my whole life from as far back as I can remember. I’ve always lived in households with pets growing up and at one time had as many as three cats and two dogs. My step mother is a certified vet tech and I spent time as a middle schooler helping care for animals that boarded at the animal hospital she worked at. I also spent time as a nanny for three girls and dog sitter of a pit bull and golden doodle on and off for a handful of years during college. I’ve had two seasons of farm experience managing and caring for livestock. Needless to say I am familiar with animal behavior and care needs. My family currently has a cat and Australian cattle dog mix that we love so much. I would love to walk your dog for any amount of time of any size, age, or type. I am available for walks, drop ins and overnight pet sitting at your home. Contact me with questions to see if we’d be a good fit for each other! I have availability throughout the whole week, Sunday through Saturday. I am available for drop-ins, walks and overnight stays, including stays over one week long. I am open to spend time with your pets in your own home. I can play with, feed, walk and cuddle with them depending on your and your pets needs.

About: Dogs are my main focus and joy. I've raised puppies and provided end of life care. I keep a good feeding, naps, exercise, and training schedule. I have experience giving medication and supporting recovery from surgeries and illness. I am retired and available to watch dogs any time. I am flexible with weekends and weekdays. I am willing to travel some distance to care for dogs throughout the week. I have a fenced in yard with a ramp from the deck. I am able to come to your home to provide dog cares as well.

About: Hi I am currently a student in College. I have help taken care of pets ever since I could remember. I love all pets and don’t discriminate with dog breeds. I have helped taken care of American bully’s to Pomeranians. My schedule is open on weekends and anytime in the afternoons just due to classes. I am willing to take dogs on walks early in the morning also! Currently I am not able to board any dogs but I am more then open to do check ins for your pet if you are out for the weekend or gonna for the day! About: Hello! my name is Kayla, and i’m so excited to meet your furry friend! i have been a dog owner since the time I was a child, and have enjoyed caring for friend and family’s pets over the last few years. I am looking to fill my free time with boarding, house sitting and dog walking and can’t wait to hear from you soon! I work Monday-Friday but can let your pets out during my lunch break. I am free on weekends. I am a single mom and am looking to fill my up my schedule on the days I don’t have my kiddos. Your furry friend will be my new best friend. About: I have taken care of kittens, puppies, dogs. I have also trained my dog when I was younger when she was a puppy. I’m just here to help. If there’s anything I can do please let me know. I’d love to be a part of making sure your vacation or your day is less stressful I am in school and also I will be working from home. Going to the office a couple times a week so I am very flexible. I will ask to understand your needs wants and values period if there are certain things that you need accommodations, for I would love to understand them so that we can have a very clear understanding so that you can enjoy your time away from your pets as best as possible.

About: I’ve been around and taken care of animals all my life especially dogs! I couldn’t imagine my life without them! They truly are a part of the family! I work remotely and am home day and night unless I’m transporting my kids to activities or events. This makes for a very flexible schedule to take care of pets! I have a fenced yard with plenty of space for running and playing. I have 3 dogs to help keep your pet company! I also have dog beds for resting and a foldable crate stored in case it’s needed.

About: Dogs, cats and birds have always been a part of my life. As a child, we even had a pet crow named Butch! I work from home so your fur or feather baby won’t be left alone. My last two dogs passed away after months of battling cancer. My siberian husky had nasal cancer and my papillion had lymphoma. I have experience providing palliative care for dogs that are not feeling well and probably need extra love and attention. Currently, my resident dog is a foster failure named Peppy. Occasionally, I will have a foster dog in addition to my resident dog. I would disclose that information before booking. I currently work from home and my schedule is very flexible. After work, I walk my dog either around the neighborhood or we go to Red Cedar trail or to a park in town. I can easily crate your dog if you request it but it’s ok if he/she sleeps wherever. My dog freaks out in a crate (he was a breeder release) so he sleeps wherever he chooses. He is very gentle and has no teeth so I will not care for any aggressive dog.
