“Emily was extremely helpful. She came over the day before to meet and greet the dogs, allowing them to open up to her more. She arrived on time every day and took plenty of pictures. When Astrid decided it was too cold to go out and tried to hide, Emily did her best to bribe her out of her hiding space (which we feel awful cause our room was rather messy that day). About: I’ve had animals my entire life, but I’ve been growing my animal family for 15 years. I have experience with large dogs and cats. I help take care of my parents dog. Feeding, walks, playtime, and most importantly cuddle time are my specialties. I work full time (7am-3pm) but would love you help you out while you are on vacation with overnight stays, weekends, or even stopping in for feeding times. At a clients home I will utilize their equipment, fenced yards, leashes, crates, etc. However the typical care of the pets is, will be used in the care under my watch.

About: I’ve been pet sitting very frequently for the past 7 years for dogs and cats, so I know my way around things pretty well. I’ve also owned pets my entire life. I have a pretty flexible schedule, so I can always make pet care work. I also have guarantee transportation wherever anyone needs me to be! I care for people’s pets like they’re my own. I provide them with the best service possible, spending as much time with then as I can and treating them like my own.

About: Since 2014, I’ve cared for pets of all ages and pawsonalities — from shy kittens to spicy dogs, plus chickens, bunnies, and even a hermit crab. 🐶🐱🐔🐰🐟 Fostering over 200 pets has made me fluent in body language (pet edition). Whether your pet wants snuggles, space, or serious playtime, I tailor each visit to what makes them happiest. I’m comfortable giving medications and teaching basic obedience. I also make the experience great for you! I’m a reliable communicator, send plenty of cute pics, and if your pet’s up for it, you’ll come home to a handmade surprise “from your pet.” Pet care fits naturally into my routine — it’s something I genuinely enjoy! I’m available mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a flexible schedule that allows me to adapt as needed. I am able to care for about a dozen pets per week and I only book one house-sitting family at a time to ensure each pet gets my full attention. Walks and drop-ins can easily be added into my day, especially Monday through Friday. Pet care is both relaxing and rewarding for me — I love building relationships with the pets I visit, and I think they look forward to our time together just as much as I do! I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes, starting by learning their pet’s established routine to ensure they feel comfy and happy. I gather all the important info — like vet contacts, emergency numbers, and where cleaning supplies live (just in case!). I’m a tidy sitter too: I take out the trash and scoop up any yard “presents” to keep things fresh. Most importantly, I listen closely to both owner and pet to discover what makes each furry friend feel safe and loved, then tailor my care to their unique personality.

About: Growing up we used to joke that we lived on a farm. At one point we had 6 dogs, 2 cats, 1 bunny, a bird, and a hamster! Over the course of my life I've had about 10 cats! I love pets and I can't imagine a household without one. I have two cats -- two Beautiful Siberians (Watson and Lazlow). Watson is the black one found in my photos and Lazlow is the tan/striped one. They both have their own daily routine and demand playing and cuddle time every day, which I always welcome! :) I always treat animals like they are part of the family -- maybe even better than that ;) You HAVE to love and spoil them -- they're not here very long. Don't let this deter you if you're hoping to keep them on a strict schedule. I'm happy to follow through with any guidelines you set in place!

Emily H.
“During years of showing cocker spaniels, Emily was my right hand. There was nothing she could not handle. Her experiences range from medical, behavioral, nutritional, care/whelping of newborns, adult, geriatric, hospice and disabled pet care, grooming, training, handling, cleaning etc....Emily attended many obedience courses as well as professional show handling classes. There were times when Emily would professionally take one of the cockers into the show ring. Emily is a very compassionate person. She participates in community efforts to clean the environment and she helps rehabilitate wildlife. She participates in animal rescue when the need arises and to date has rescued several bunnies, a disabled elderly jrt and her current rescue is Copper a beagle/jack mix. Emily is not only qualified professionally but is qualified emotionally. She is true to her love and compassion of nature, wildlife and pets. I do highly recommend her.”
