About: I’ve cared for dogs for friends and neighbors, including a high-anxiety dog that required patience and consistency. I’m currently dog sitting for a client I’ve worked with since November, providing dependable care, walks, feeding, and companionship. I focus on building trust, following routines, and making dogs feel safe and comfortable. Pet care fits easily into my daily and weekly routine. As a nursing student, I'm already used to staying organized and keeping a consistent schedule. I plan my days so pets get proper walks, meals, playtime, and attention. I make sure not to rush the visit. I like sticking to each pet's normal routine as closely as possible, whether that's morning walks, feeding times, medication, or just quiet company. I also make sure your home stays clean and respected while you're away. Caring for pets is something I genuinely enjoy, and I always make time to give them the attention they deserve. I care for pets with patience, attention, and respect for their routine. In your home, I make sure pets feel comfortable and safe following their normal feeding, walking, and play schedules, giving lots of attention, and monitoring their behavior for any changes. I also respect your space, keeping it clean and secure while you're away. In my home, pets are treated like family. I provide safe, calm environments with plenty of play, cuddles, and care, and I follow any instructions you provide to make the transition as smooth as possible. I've cared for dogs and cats of all ages, including seniors, anxious pets, and even baby kittens, so I adjust my approach to fit each pet's needs.
“Laura was amazing. This was our first time using Rover and getting a dog sitter and we couldn't be happier. She was punctual, and was able to handle multiple medications for one of our dogs with ease. We'll definitely be using her in the future any time we go out of town.”

About: I love all animals not just dogs and cat! I’ve had many pets over the years and have great experience with handling and caring for them!! I only work on the weekends, therefore I would have plenty of time to care for your precious pets during the week! I am able to provide many services when needed I currently have 3 outdoor cats, they come inside occasionally but I prefer for them to roam freely. When they do come inside they cuddle up next to me while I play fortnite
About: I got my first dog at 11. He was a dachshund/corgi mix. A few years later my family got 2 GSD dogs. I taught all of them to do basic tricks and to walk nicely on a leash. I also would take my Aunt's pit bull and westy terrier out on walks and watched them for her. I've volunteered at veterinary clinic doing basic care on the pets boarded there. I am curranty working part time so I will have plenty of time throughout the week to checking on your fur babies. I have a morning shift but, I'll be able to let them out and feed them in the morning and then have plenty of time to play/ take them out on walks in the evening. My house does not have a fenced in yard so I'm am unable to board pets at my place while we find a contractor to build one, but I'm will to commute to take care of anyone's pets
“Makayla was easy to communicate and work with, and did a great job checking on, feeding, and playing with our kittens on a short drop-in visit, snapping a few beautiful photos in the process. We will definitely ask her to help us again.”

About: I’ve been caring for pets professionally and personally for several years, and it’s truly something I’m passionate about. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments, from energetic puppies to mellow seniors and I always take the time to get to know each pet’s unique personality. Pet care fits into my daily and weekly routine as a structured, essential part of the day just like eating or working. • Morning: Feed pets, refresh water, take dogs for a walk or clean litter boxes. • Midday: Walks, playtime, or drop-in visits if providing services to clients. • Evening: Dinner, another walk or potty break, brushing or light grooming. • Safe environment: Pet-proofed spaces, separate areas if needed for different pets. • Feeding on schedule: Following owner instructions exactly, including dietary restrictions. • Exercise/playtime: Supervised yard play, walks. • Comfort & rest: Cozy resting areas, routines that mimic their home life to reduce stress. • Updates to owners: Daily photos or messages to reassure and stay transparent.
About: I have had pets since… forever. I grew up with pets all over my home! I loved each one dearly. I’ve had dogs, cats, reptiles and more and all of them were taken care of. I have taken care of pets before usually not as a paid service however, my love and drive to care for animals has become so strong that I believe I am ready to make it an actual side job. Because I work part time, I have more than enough time to care for a few pets. I can pop in or they can hang out with me! Depending on what service I am providing, my care for any pets is always the same; being attentive, playful, safe and understanding. You cant expect all pets to act the same and you really can’t predict how an animal will react to you or what you do so the best way to care for them is to go at their speed and be as inviting as possible.
