About: I’m a law school graduate currently studying for the Illinois Bar, so I’m home all day and able to give your dog constant companionship, frequent potty breaks, and a calm, supervised environment. I have two Irish Setter/Golden Retriever mixes of my own, so your pup will have friendly, well-socialized playmates (or a quiet space to decompress, depending on their personality). I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and energy levels, from bouncy puppies to seniors who just want a soft spot and a steady routine. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, medications, and individual quirks, and I’ll send regular photo and video updates so you always know how your dog is doing. My schedule is very flexible right now because I’m studying for the Illinois Bar from home, which means pet care fits naturally into my day rather than being squeezed around other commitments. I’m home the vast majority of the time, with study broken up by regular walks, play breaks, and time in the yard with my own two dogs, so your pup will easily slot into that rhythm. I can accommodate early morning potty breaks, midday feedings, evening walks, and overnight stays without any issue. On the rare occasions I need to step out for an errand or appointment, it’s usually short and I plan around the dogs’ needs. In my home, dogs have access to a secure, fenced-in space for potty breaks and play, plus plenty of comfortable indoor spots to relax. I keep a close eye on interactions between my own two dogs and any guest pup, and I always take time to introduce new dogs slowly and on neutral ground. Food, medications, and anything potentially hazardous are kept well out of reach, and I stick closely to whatever feeding schedule, routine, and house rules the owner provides. I’m attentive to body language and energy levels, so I can tell when a dog needs more play, more rest, or a little quiet time away from the group. In a client’s home, I treat the space with the same care I’d want for my own. I follow all instructions carefully, stick to the dog’s normal routine to minimize stress, lock up when I leave, and keep owners updated with regular photos and messages. I’m respectful of the home, mindful of any other pets or house rules, and always reachable while I’m on a sit.

About: I am a pet lover of my Bichon Frise companions for 30 years now. My original beloved "Buster" was a special needs dog with constant care due to his epileptic seizures. With this past experience, and senior care to the end of his 16 year life, I am more aware of a pets needs than most caregivers. I have also had pets such as cats, birds, and my current lionhead bunny; Cadbury. I am flexible with your pets daily routine requests. I can accommodate morning and evening walks and will be available throughout the day as needed. I have a large yard for their bathroom breaks and my dog Gracie can accompany. There are also several dogs in the neighborhood to socialize with during their walks.

Ivy is a high-energy Australian Shepherd Hound mix. I keep her stimulated with toys/activities and walks throughout the day. Buddy was completely deaf when I rescued him. He’s about 65lbs, and a bit reactive on walks, so I have experience with reactivity and larger breeds. The past few years, I’ve cared for pets for family and friends alike. This past year, I’ve started volunteering at a local horse boarding facility, caring for horses of all ages with various temperaments. I’ve gained experience with feeding, grooming, mucking, as well as riding. Through my time with the horses, I have gained a deep love and understanding for them. Aside from horses, I’ve worked with other farm animals as well including goats, chickens, donkeys, ponies, and farm cats and dogs. I am a true animal lover.
