About: I’ve had multiple dogs in my life for as long as I can remember. Currently the proud pup father to 4 sweet babies of all ages. I’m currently enrolled in professional dog training courses. Whether it’s a new puppy you’re adding to the family or your senior companion, their time spent with me will be rewarding for both you and the pup! I currently have plenty of time and can fit just about any situation into my schedule! I’m looking to be involved with dogs as a full time career! I have extra crates at home if you would like your pup to be crated. If not, your dog will roam inside my home along side my fur babies to keep them company! We are in the process now of fencing 3 acres to give the pups more space than they know what to do with!

About: My entire life I have been raised around large breed dogs, cats, and fish. I am also familiar with reptile, monkey, equestrian, farm animal, and small mammal care. Such as cleaning pens, feedings, cleaning tanks, ear canal cleanings, nail trimming, bathing, and deshedding! The personal pets you see listed on my profile are 100% accurate as well, most people find it shocking but I’ve always been raised around an entire pack of animals and they are all in the best health with the most love we could possibly surround them with! I am completely available to watch your animals! I am hoping to make this a full time job, so please book me for your long trips, and daily walks! I can ensure that I will leave your house cleaner than when I arrived. My parents run 5 AirBnB cabins, and I am the housekeeper for the guests to ensure sanitary sheets, towels, and plates/dishes are provided. As well as a well kept, and clean living environment while they enjoy our stay with us! I was previously a school custodian for South Warren Middle School in Bowling Green, KY, so cleaning was a daily job for me and I thoroughly enjoy it. Now I hope to love on animals and make sure that THEY stay in a sanitary and clean environment.

About: I have lots of experience working with dogs and cats, and have had both my whole life. I have worked in a doggie daycare as well as worked at a private company doing one on one walks, in home care, and group off-leash park visits. I am the live-in caretaker for both of my elderly parents, and with the exception of an emergency I am available most hours of the day. I am proactive in my approach to caring for animals. Anticipating pet needs, keeping a list of wants and needs from the pet parents, taking my own notes and remembering each animal that I work with so that the care is exactly what you are looking for.

About: I have taken care of animals of every shape and size since I was little. Growing up around dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and many others has given me great experience with handling animals. I have always had a love for animals, no matter how big or small. I am not certified in any training, but training all of my pups over the years has got to count for something, right? I am currently taking a break from my career in welding due to a back injury, so I’m looking for some work here in the meantime! I have full availability, and am willing to take care of any and every animal you have. I am very active and enjoy going for walks (or runs, for those extra energetic pups). I will always follow the house rules when it comes to your furry friends. Whether your animals hog the bed or are kenneled overnight, I will always give them the love they deserve and make sure they’re happy until you return!

“Allie was amazing checking in and looking after my cats! I felt that they were in comfortable hands the whole time. She would take cute photos and let me know that they were taken care of. She was great!”

I understand that every pet is unique, so I always follow your care and safety instructions exactly as provided. Whether it’s feeding schedules, medication, routines, or special needs, I’ll make sure your pet gets the care they’re used to.

“Taryn was AMAZING! I was nervous leaving my cats and had never used Rover before, but I'm so happy I found Taryn. She sent me regular updates and pictures of all my cats, so I still felt very connected to them and felt comfortable that they were doing well. She was patient with my two timid cats and I got the sense that they all loved her! I felt like Taryn truly took the time to care for my cats and I know they had good company while I was away. She also fed the strays/feral cats while I was gone which was not necessary but very much appreciated. My house was also very clean when I came home--Taryn cleaned out all the bowls and the kitchen area and left everything very organized which was a nice extra touch. I will 100% hire Taryn again!”

About: My passion for dog training began at a young age when my parents purchased 2 Rottweilers for the family farm when I was young. I made it my personal mission to own a Rottweiler one day that loved as fiercely at home as he performed on the professional course. Both of my current Rotties are retired now (ages 10 and 12) but during my male's youth I joined Old Dominion Rottweiler Klub (ODRK) where Gus specialized in obedience, protection, and tracking. Gus was also a participant in Ridgeside K9's invite-only dog training group in Loudoun County Virginia that was only open to dog trainers. Gus also trained with world-renowned trainer Bart Bellon who resides in Belgium and is the creator of the Ne-Po-Po training system; a highly effective technique that creates drive and passion and lets the dog create the exercise. Unfortunately, Gus had to exit the training stage at a young age due to hip dysplasia. We since relocated to Westmoreland where he is living out is senior years with his mother, Citta Vom Haus Adomovik (CiCi), a German import that has world class titles in her 2 litters. I am currently a paramedic for Sumner County full time. My dogs are retired but I still have a passion for dog training that I decided to offer to Middle TN. There's so much bad info floating out there from so-called "trainers." If you're having an issue with your dog or just want help with basic obedience, I'd be more than happy to help. I am more than capable of getting your dog certified in various arenas if that is something you'd like to explore. I work every 3rd day for 24 hour shifts, so that leaves 20 days off per month so I'm pretty flexible with times and dates. First and foremost is safety. Introducing dogs to other dogs must occur in a controlled, safe manor. Letting them off-leash and immediately smelling each other is not only extremely dangerous, it is completely negligent on behalf of the owner and a recipe for disaster. Early socialization and training is paramount and non-negotiable. It's easier to teach a dog correct behavior than it is to modify behavior once a bad habit has been created. E-collars are the secret ingredient, with the "tone" or "beep" and vibrate function being the primary focus. Stimulation can be used but only for an immediate correction and has to be set appropriately to keep the dogs interest and not "punish." This creates an environment that is fun and rewarding for the dog and encourages growth and learning. Every training session is highly catered to the dogs intrinsic drive. Ultimately and perhaps most important, each session is ended on a high note and leaves the dog eager for the next session.

About: I have worked and been around animals for a very long time. I have always owned animals and helped neighbors with their own animals. I have worked at 3 different animal shelters from Minnesota, Florida and here in Kentucky. I also worked in a pet store and was the animal care specialist. Also worked as a groomer for a short period of time. I have a home with multiple dogs and cats. In my current job I deal with dogs and cats from all sorts of breeds, sizes and temperaments. I currently work full time caring for animals and would be able to care for others animals before and after work. This would help fill is empty time throughout my day. I also work with my dogs every day on basic obedience skills. I do like to take my dogs on walks just for a change of scenery and take my dogs to certain stores that are pet friendly!

About: I have been around animals my whole life. Dogs and cats are my specialty. I have experience with the young and the old. I can give medical assistance to your pet if needed. Your furry friend is in good hands. I can give your pet a full day of play and companionship! I have no other obligations at this time. I am 24/7. Only one call or text away! I like to keep my dogs personally on a feeding schedule. I love giving my animals or other animals all the attention and love they want.

About: I have had animals my whole life and love spending quality time with them. I have horses & chickens also and I am experienced in caring for them if you need help with yours! I have several of my own animals and love helping care for my family & friends when needed. I am a Massage Therapist & Reiki Master so animals love my energy and get a little ❤ when I am around then too! Excited to work with your furbabies sitting, walking and getting to know them. I set my days and hours as a Therapist. I believe this will be a great bonus to my routine & work. Flexible & caring I will follow the needs of your animal & home care for visits. I plan on giving as much love as they need on visits.

“Tanner is a responsible and enthusiastic dog sitter! My two German Shorthair Pointers love him! Tanner follows all requested routines and checks in daily with pictures and/or texts. He leaves the house clean and the dogs are clearly well taken care of! I do not worry at all when I'm traveling, which is nice! Your pups (or kitties) will be in good hands with Tanner!”

Charles S.

“Charles took fantastic care of our two dogs, including our younger dog (Wrigley) that is a rescue. Wrigley is very friendly but can take a little bit to warm up to people. Charles was great with him, and knew how to make Wrigley very comfortable from the start. Now my wife and I are confident that Wrigley likes Charles more than us. . He is very dependable and always showed up on time. We have also had Charles do a few overnights and he always left our place very clean. I would definitely use Charles to dog sit again and highly recommend him to others.”
