Pet Sitting in Drummond

About: I've had large to small dogs most of my life as well as an abundance of kitties. I've had to give SQ fluids and diabetic injections to my senior cat. I've also fed horses and cattle and took care of their basic needs such as grooming and cleaning pens. I'm currently semi-retired and can work with most schedules. Pet care fits with my schedule being flexible on my end. I don't mind traveling under certain conditions and circumstances, but I'll need to charge .50 a mile round trip if over 20 miles. I'm currently not offering to bring your pet to my home. I do have a fenced yard and if the need arises in an emergency, I could look at the circumstances and assess the situation.

About: I grew up with pets of all kinds and I own a dog currently. I specialize in border collies since I grew up with that breed, but all four legged friends are welcome with me! I'm hoping for the chance to work with dogs, while picking my own hours. I have VERY LOW RATES since I’m trying to build my clientele in the valley, so make sure to take advantage of it! I understand that not all dogs are the same, and each has it's own personality and unique qualities. I'm hoping to provide a service that is specialized to be the best for your dog. About: Since I was 10 I’ve taken care of the pets in my family. Bunnies, dogs, cats, fish, gerbils and mice. I’ve given baths, taken dogs on runs, cuddled with kittens, played with bunnies. I’ve had to give medication to animals before. I’m quite active (trail runner) and really open to anything. I work from home so my schedule is flexible. I work remote from home as a video editor and I get to decide my own schedule and hours everyday. That means I get to prioritize your pet or home first! I’ve grown up with animals all my life - so I suppose at this point it is just second nature to be around them. I make sure not to leave often, especially in the first 48 hours, so that I can help keep your pets relax as you leave. I try to spend a lot of intentional time with them up front so they get to know me and trust me. I once had to walk a dog 5 times between 10pm and 2am because it was nervous, but by the next day we were best friends. It just takes time and patience.
