“Olivia was perfect for Hank since he’s an energetic little guy, and she works with high-energy dogs. He’s also cautious of strangers, but she handled it like a pro, and they became good buddies by the end of the week. She’s got the experience you’ll want.”

“It was very kind of Shiloh to assist us with our puppy at the last minute. She was very responsive and sent adorable pictures. We will certainly reach out to her again!”

“We were lucky to find Jessica to care for our cat! It’s hard to find pet sitters in our area, but Jessica was willing to travel further to be with him. One of the reasons she was our top pick is that she’s also a true cat lover! She even went above and beyond, staying longer than scheduled to keep Finn company. We’re so grateful to have her and will definitely book her again when we’re out of town. Thank you, Jessica!”

“Logan is great! She’s friendly and totally at ease with pets. She took care of our two cats for a few days while we were away. She played with them, fed them, and took great pics. When we got home, the cats were happy as can be. Logan is a good communicator and punctual. We would love to hire her again.”

“Laura, thanks for taking such great care of Tater while I was away! I appreciate you fitting him into your schedule! Love the updates and photos you provide as well! They definitely help when I can’t be there with him! Thanks so much!”
“After a scheduling snafu I made a last minute booking with Claire to take care of my senior pup. She responded quickly to my request. She took awesome care of my dog, sending multiple pictures and filing a visit report. I would definitely use her again.”

About: Current full-time veterinary technician here in Jackson! I’ve been a vet tech for 7 years, with about 6 of those years working in an ER/ICU setting. I’m comfortable caring for dogs and cats with all kinds of medical needs, including administering oral medications, injections, subcutaneous fluids, and other treatments. Whether your pet needs medication, a quick potty break, a walk, or simply some extra love and attention while you’re away, I’m happy to help! My goal is to make sure you and your pet feel comfortable and confident while you’re apart. 🐾 I work full time as a vet tech. I work four 10 hour shifts a week. I’d be available after my shifts or on any of my 3 days off which is always Sundays. Most Saturdays and one week day that rotates weekly. I always want pets to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible in their own home. I follow each pet’s routine and your specific instructions closely, including feeding, medications, walks, playtime, and any special care they may need. I’ll give them plenty of attention and companionship while you’re away, while also respecting their individual personality and boundaries. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for. As a veterinary technician, I’m also comfortable recognizing changes in behavior or health and knowing when something may need additional attention. Most importantly, I treat every pet like they’re my own! 🐾
“Visiting Jackson Hole and Claire was awesome. Pictures with each visit and our doodle enjoyed it to. Highly recommend Claire if you are in the area. We had tours booked and we had piece of mind knowing we had booked with Claire.”

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Driggs. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
