About: I’ve always been around animals and grew up caring for multiple dogs. I currently have cats of my own and have experience caring for a variety of exotic animals as well. I have previously worked in animal husbandry, which has given me hands on experience with animal care, feeding, cleaning, monitoring and understanding different animals’ individual needs. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable and well cared for. I am currently a Researcher at the University of South Alabama, but I have a a flexible schedule and plenty of free time on the weekends. I am happy to adhere to any requirements you have regarding your pets. I can easily crate, walk, and play with dogs and well as care for cats and exotic animals.

“Right off the batt, two words: HIRE DALTON! This young man exceeded every expectation of a pet/house sitter! We have a rescue pointer who can be pretty insecure. Dalton was so sweet, knowledgeable and patient that by day 2 of a week long pet sit, Buddy was completely at ease and happy. Dalton sent us updates every day with photos and details of their day. When we got home, the house was as if we never left, and he actually washed his bedding. Your pets will be in the best of hands and we simply cannot recommend him enough. About: I’ve taken care of multiple different types of animals, from dogs, to cats, to even horses. I’ve always loved being around animals since I was younger and always put the time, effort, and same energy that I do with my own cat. I also have experience taking care of handicapped animals for a short amount of time. I would be honored to care for your animals and I believe that I would be the paw-fect fit. I currently work at a high school and have most of the afternoons (around 3pm), weekends, and holidays off. I also work at another job that is part time after school but they post my schedule once a month which allows flexibility. I would be nothing but loving and caring for every animal. I can take them on walks around the neighborhood or take them to a park/the beach. One of your animals an introvert? No problem! I am great with introverted animals and let them come to me when they’re ready. I never push their boundaries and I always pay attention to their demeanor. My main goal is to make sure that not only the pets are comfortable but the owners are too.

I have experience with caring for older dogs with complex medical conditions, food aggression, medication administration, and slow feeders. I have experience walking dogs requiring different training tools. I have experience in puppy training and potty training as my family and myself have fostered puppies from 7weeks to a year old.
