About: My name is Tyler James Tracey (A.S., B.A.), I was raised in Muskingum County and graduated from Muskingum University. I worked in social services for a little under a decade before I worked in scientific research and regulation in Columbus. My family has returned to Muskingum county after I chose to pivot my career path and I'm now looking to help local families with their animal-based needs. With an academic understanding and rich professional experience in animal behavior and physiology, I bring extra security in assuring top-tier care for your family. About: I’ve taken care of both dogs and cats for as long as I remember. Currently I have one cat and three dogs, raising my youngest pup since she was 4 months old. I’ve been able to train her for sit, lay down, and leave it commands, kennel training, and potty training. One of my older dogs, Cookie, is blind and I help him take potty breaks and navigate our home. I even have experience working at a doggy daycare/boarding facility, along with basic grooming which includes bathing, trimming nails, and blow drying. I look forward to hopefully meeting you and your furry friends! My schedule is fairly open as I currently stay at home while my partner works full time. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
