About: I’ve taken care of 3 rescue dogs and a rescue cat. I love learning new dogs and cats and to see what kind of personality each one has. I’ve cared for animals for 7 years. I’m always on time and very dependable. I am currently a stay at home wife so I have plenty of time to play and interact with your pups. Whatever you need I’m available to assist you. I have a fenced in large kennel area where pups can run and play. For those that are trained to run and play and come back to my commands these dogs will have 6 acres to run and play. There’s plenty of space for your pups to run and play. I am available to take care of your pets as a house sitter or to do drop in visits multiple times a day. Whatever your needs may be I assure you I’ll be able to accommodate you.

About: We’re a husband-and-wife team with a lifelong love for animals! We’ve both grown up surrounded by dogs and cats, so caring for pets has always been a natural part of our lives. Over the years, we’ve also been the go-to pet sitters for family and friends, caring for their dogs and cats and treating them just like members of our own family. We currently have two pups of our own who are very loved (and maybe a little spoiled! 😂), so we completely understand how important it is to know your pets are safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. Leaving your furry family members with someone new can be nerve-racking, and we want you to feel confident that they’re in loving, capable hands. We both work full time jobs, but we are able to accommodate early, mid day, and evening/night visits within reason and our personal schedules. If we can make it work, we will definitely do anything to be there for your fur babies! We have plenty of experience with animals in fenced in yards and on leashes. We will ensure we watch them, keep them safe, and give them ample amount of outside and play time.

I currently have 2 cats and 1 dog who I love to take care of the best I can, and love meeting new pets. I am currently enrolled in Radford University, and love taking care of pets in my time off. About: I am a lifelong animal lover. I grew up with a household full of animals, and was constantly bringing more home. In high school I spent two years in a veterinary science technical program where I learned husbandry, basic first aid, training, etc. I have experience working with animals of all life stages, and care requirements. I can administer medication, and even have worked with diabetic kitties (my cat Leo is a diabetic himself). I am a college student in my junior year studying finance and economics. During the week I have class in the morning. My afternoons are generally free, and so are my weekends. I treat all client's homes with respect. I am tidy, and mindful to leave the home exactly as I found it. I am able to water plants as well!

About: Hi there! My name is Lacy, I've taken care of all different shapes and sizes of pets since I was very young. I worked at a doggy day care for a year, as well as a dog walking company in Los Angeles where I took 5-6 dogs at a time for walks/hikes. I have some experience with simple obedience training, such as proper leash manners and basic commands like sit, stay, wait & come. About: Growing up with large breeds (Bernese Mountain Dog & German Shepard), I’ve always been a lover of all pets, especially dogs. Since relocating to Blacksburg area for work 8 years ago, I’ve pet sat for a variety of animals in the region, ranging from puppies to senior dogs with specific medical needs. It would be an honor to meet and care for your pets! I work full time at VT with some remote days per week, so it can be a flexible schedule. I am happy to adjust schedules or remote days to meet your pets needs! I don’t have any pets in my current home, so I’m flexible to either board at my townhouse or stay at the pets home! I offer both options to all families and willing to drive up to an hour distance.

About: I had a a mixed breed dog she lived until she was about 11 years old. She had a heart murmur and a really bad knee so I know how to help support a dog that might have health problems or mobility issues. I have taken care of another larger dog of border collie blue heeler mix that has battled dislocating hips, throwing out her back and cancer. She is 11 now I have worked with a senior Great Pyrenees and I know these aren’t dogs, but I have taken care of multiple rescue animals from anything from fish all the way up to a cat and I have nursed every single one of them back to health so I do have experience giving animals medicines My schedule is a little bit all over the place. I never really know exactly what days I am off or not but as of right now, I should be available between 11 a.m. to about 2 PM but depending on the day I can work later I will make sure that your pet will not get into anything. It’s not supposed to make sure your pet does not escape your house. I will follow your instructions of how you want me to take care to your pet if your pet is to be let outside in a gate I will make sure that the gate is locked and secured if your dog needs to be chained outside. I will make sure that the chain and whatever it is secure to is stable and the dog will not get loose. I will ensure your pet safety if I’m walking your dog or if it’s in your house, I will make sure that no other animal comes after your pet. If I am at your home, I’m not gonna let anybody into your home that you do not personally know and without your verbal consent that that person can enter your home.

Whether it’s house sitting, drop-in visits, or dog walks, I follow your pet’s routine closely and send photo updates so you can relax while you’re away. I work a standard 9–5 on weekdays, so I’m available for morning, evening, and overnight visits during the week, plus weekends. There could be exceptions that come up, but I’ll always confirm timing in advance and stick closely to your pet’s usual feeding and walk schedule. Since I care for pets in your home, I treat your space with respect and follow your instructions to the letter. I keep doors and gates secured, always leash dogs before heading out, and stay alert to each pet’s comfort and body language. I lock up when I leave and send photo updates so you know everyone’s safe and happy.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have always had dogs of my own, so caring for them has always come naturally to me! I currently have two pups of my own who are truly my babies. I’m also a registered nurse, so I’m very responsible, attentive, and comfortable following specific care instructions. I also have previous experience dog sitting and dog walking through Rover. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your fur baby, and I’ll always treat them like I would my own! 🐾🥰 I’m a nurse, so my schedule varies week to week, but I typically have several days off at a time which gives me plenty of availability for pet care. On my days off, I’m happy to spend lots of time giving your pets attention, playtime, walks, and plenty of love! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. I’m very attentive and will follow any instructions you provide regarding feeding, medications, routines, walks, or special needs. About: I have been training puppies since I was 10, my family had a lot of animals growing up and I took care of them. I have a dog and a cat myself, and love spending time with animals of all kinds. I have experience with large dogs as well as puppies. I am the manager of a pet friendly gym where I take my own dog every work day, and can bring your dog in with me to help with socialization or if your dog prefers to be in one setting I can work around that schedule since I make my own.
