About: I have worked in professional pet care for five years, as a kennel technician, a doggy day care supervisor, and have cared for puppies in a pet store. I have personally owned cats, guinea pigs, and an iguana. In my Pet Care experience I have exercised, pottied, fed, and watered pets. I have administered some medications (including insulin) and have given dog baths. I have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I would love to be there for your pet when you are not able to. My youngest is 2 years old and does many sports (PSA, dock diving, and fast cat), and my oldest is 9, he’s a retired military explosives K9 who served on the boarder of Jordan up until 7 years old. Both the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet. All of my dogs have off leash obedience training that is kept up with. I have a background in dog training, boarding, and daycare; from puppies all the way to seniors. I strive for knowledge with dogs as there’s always new information evolving everyday of how we can create the best relationship with our furry companions. I’m very passionate about dogs, teaching others about dogs from genetics and breeds to how they think. My business hours run from 6am-8pm, however I’m home each day. If I have a 1 on 1 client, a drop in visit, or a client for dog walking, I’m away from the house for an hour. I stagger my schedule so I can check up on the dogs frequently. I have an open floor plan in the house, this works great for senior dogs, or even fast energetic dogs. There's 10 acres of cleared land, a pond with a dock. Since the land isn't fenced in, all dogs must be leashed with a properly fitted collar when going outside, a harness, or a slip lead. I plan on putting a fenced in area with a new patio within the next few months. However, a good peaceful walk with all the smells is always more for the dogs than a fenced in area with limited access. Reactive dogs and fearful dogs are welcome as I have years of experience with them, and training them to grow confidence and obedience. I also have experience with special need's animals. Loud dogs are welcome too, dogs can bark and howl, doesn't bother me, I don’t have a noise ordinance either. If your dog(s) show healthy body language and do well with other dogs, my two malinois are gentle beings and always love a play mate. Minka especially, she goes at the other dog's pace and reads their body language. I do ask that you leave your vet information with me and emergency vet information as well for an emergency contact if ever need be. I also do ask for a second choice of contact incase the primary owner is unable to be reached. All dogs must be up to date on vaccines and bordetella for boarding and daycare.

About: I got my last dog when I was 16. She was almost 16 when she passed. I taught her all the tricks she knew. I now have another puppy and in the process of training her. Its always been a dream to become a dog trainer. Until then, I would love to help other people take care of their dogs! I currently don't have another job so I have lots of time to play! I'm available any day of the week. I currently have a 11 month old terrier mix who would love to play with other dogs! We so appreciate Sarah taking care of our four cats while we were away. She made two visits per day, giving them love and head scratches, their wet cat food and insulin injection for our older diabetic cat. Sarah always includes a great update and lots of kitty photo’s. We know they are well taken care of in our absence.
