We were pretty nervous about leaving Reina since she’s a rescue and can be a little anxious around new people, but Jacob immediately put us at ease. He took the time to meet with us beforehand, asked thoughtful questions, and even took notes about Reina’s routine, what she likes, and her do’s and don’ts. It was obvious he genuinely cared about making her feel comfortable. While we were away, he kept us updated with plenty of pictures and communicated with us consistently, which made a huge difference and allowed us to actually relax on our trip. Every update showed us that Reina was being well cared for and getting lots of attention. If you’re looking for someone who is patient, communicative, and truly cares about your dog, we highly recommend Jacob. We’ll absolutely be booking with him again. As a full-time college student, I have classes Monday through Friday, but my schedule includes breaks throughout the day. I carefully plan my time so pets receive regular potty breaks, walks, meals, playtime, and plenty of attention. Evenings, nights, and weekends are dedicated to caring for your pet, and I’ll always communicate if I have questions or updates. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow your instructions, maintain your pet’s normal routine, and treat your home with the utmost respect. I’ll provide regular updates and photos, keep doors and gates secure, and make sure your pet receives the love, attention, and care they deserve while you’re away.
