About: We have had 2 dogs for quite some time. Cody always had a pet in the home growing up and we have had our dogs since they were puppies (the oldest is 8 years old). We are willing to give any medicines and we brush our own dogs teeth at night, so we can do yours if you would like! Cody works from home, and Ashley is home most of the time so we will be willing to work with you and what your pup needs! We have a single family home with a fenced in yard and 2 fur babies ourselves to keep your pet company! We also have a doggy door to the backyard if your pup knows how to use it :) We do not crate our own dogs but are willing to crate your pup if that is the preference. We usually take our dogs on 4 walks per day, lasting about 30 minutes each walk plus free roam in the backyard.

“Emily's place was great for our dog. She loved playing with Emily's dog and had free run in a large fenced back yard. Emily had no problems with Belle and Belle seemed totally comfortable with them. We also got pics of Belle during her stay which is comforting and reassuring. If ever in Iowa City again, we'll look Emily's place up again.”

About: I love both dogs and cats like their my own. I have 20+ years experience with caring for pets. I have experience with walking, bathing, brushing, and playing with cats and dogs. I have a day time job Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm. I would be able to take the dogs out before work, and when I get home. My husband works from home 2-3 days a week and would be available to be home to take care of your fur baby during every Thursday and Friday. On the weekends, I am able to take dogs out at at least every 2-4 hours. Thursdays/Fridays, my husband will be helping me with potty breaks while I am at my day job. I do not have a fenced in area, but will take your fur-baby out as often as needed between my husband and I both. We will use a leash to keep your pet safe!

About: I have always had a dog be part of my family and I have always been a reliable pet sitter for family and friends. I have experience with both playful puppies and senior dogs. I understand that every dog has their own personality, quirks, and comfort zone-and I always adjust my care to meet their specific needs. I work from home and create my own schedule so I have a very flexible schedule to be able to take very good care of your furry friends! With my flexible schedule I can easily stick to your dog’s schedule to ensure that the transition into my care is smooth. I also have my own little dog who absolutely loves all dogs and will be so excited to meet your dogs!

About: We have both taken care of animals for most of my life. I have always had cats and dogs as pets, and I have cared for many of my friends’ and families’ pets. I currently work full time but have the ability to work remote. Between my partner and I, there is almost always at least one person at our house at any given time. We have a fenced in yard and plenty of space for our dogs to run around. We take them for walks daily. We shower our pets with love and attention; they are rarely alone.

I would prefer to care for your dogs in your home. I have 3 of my own, so it would be a little chaotic if they were all here
