“Lane is great! My dog was well taken care of while my family and I were on vacation for 1 week! Will be using Lane again in the future! Also the daily picture updates are a plus but very grateful for those pictures daily!”

“From the moment we met Jenny and did the meet and greet we knew our fur baby Mazie would be well taken care of. Jenny watched Mazie for a week while we went out of state. Jenny is very good at communication and she sent pictures and updates on Mazie. We are already booking Jenny again for our next trip. I would highly recommend her.”

“Deborah was absolutely wonderful all the way around! I felt so comfortable leaving my big fur baby with her. She sent pictures and updates, and treated him like her own. I’m grateful he was able to play in a wide variety of settings, sleep comfortably, and even come home ready for a nap! This was my first time leaving him with someone, and I will absolutely come to Deborah first for the second time around. I feel comfortable using Rover as a whole starting out with such a positive experience. I would recommend her to anyone!”

About: I have been caring for other families animals since I was 10! I have always had a passion for all animals. We have had dogs in the home and outside since I was 5! I am also a huge advocate of rescues and experienced with all breeds! I work from home and I have a pretty flexible schedule. This allows for me to pet sit animals as on the side as a hobby and for extra income. I will handle your animals as if they were my own! Whatever your typical routine is, I will strive to do as well. To the best of my ability!
“Kelsey took great care of Murphy & I especially appreciated her flexibility to keep him an extra night when my flight landed in Raleigh instead of Roanoke. I enthusiastically recommend her.”

About: I have over four years of hands on experience working in a veterinary hospital, where I’ve cared for animals of all types, sizes, and temperaments. My background includes working with puppies and kittens, senior pets, and animals with special medical or behavioral needs. I’m comfortable administering medications, and providing gentle, attentive care—especially for geriatric and special-needs pets who require extra patience and understanding. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. I work full time but I am able to leave for lunch and take care of your precious pets! If they need 24/7 care they can come with me to work and get to go outside as many times as they need. I have a front yard that is fenced and I am in walking distance to the dog park if that is something that your dog loves. At clients home I will stick to your pets normal routine.

“Cheyanne took great care of my 11 year old lab. Sent me pictures and kept me updated while I was away missing my baby. Definitely helped ease my mind and she always returned my messages within an hour. I could tell my dog was happy to be there and she loved playing with the other dogs. 10/10 would recommend Cheyanne”

“Kayla was awesome with our dog, and super flexible. We had to go out of town unexpectedly and I’m so glad we found her. She even watched our baby ducklings for us. Highly recommend!”
“Heather and her family are great! She took great care of my sweet Jojo and sent us pictures and updates throughout the day. Heather is very trustworthy and a great communicator. I definitely recommend her and will use her again in the future.”

Animals bring joy and it’s important to find care that you can trust and will do what you ask because they are your animals. I’m happy to care for your pets the way you request. I believe animals are a part of the family and deserve to be treated with that kind of love, care, and respect. I’m currently working part time as a nurse while I care for my son and my own fur babies. I look forward to meeting more animals and sharing the love. I have a privacy fenced in back yard where our dog stays. I have 2 outdoor cats (used to my dog who come and go as they please) and 1 indoor cat. On the weekends we take hiking trips and would love to have your pup join us on our adventures. I have my own business and work from home, so they would have as many breaks as needed. About: I’ve been a lifelong animal lover and pet owner, with experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I currently share my home with my husband and three friendly dogs and two cats who love to socialize with new friends (as long as they are calm and polite around cats). Living on 5 beautiful acres, we have plenty of space for dogs to explore, play, and enjoy fresh air. There’s also a fenced area for safe outdoor time and a quiet room inside for pets who prefer their own space or need downtime away from others. I treat every pet as part of the family - providing personalized care, a comfortable environment, and lots of love and attention. Whether it’s an overnight stay or doggy daycare, I make sure each pet feels safe, happy, and right at home. I work from my home office, so I’m here throughout the day to give pets plenty of attention and supervision. My flexible schedule allows me to adjust to each pet’s normal routine - whether that means morning walks, midday playtime, or cozy afternoon naps. Dogs enjoy frequent outdoor time or inside play depending on the weather and their comfort level. While I do occasionally step away for short appointments, pets are never left alone for more than two hours at a time, and always in a safe, comfortable space. Your pets will get lots of love, care, and companionship - not just supervision, but genuine quality time. Your pet’s comfort and safety are my top priorities. Cleanliness and safety are part of my daily routine: food and water are refreshed regularly, litter and waste are promptly managed, and all playtime is supervised. I keep a close eye on each guests’ comfort, routine, and personality, ensuring they get the right mix of activity, affection, and rest. With me, your met will enjoy country-style play, cozy indoor time, and loving attention.
“Elizabeth was really nice. She sent photos and updates that made us feel comfortable. Peanut has to eat four times a day and take medication, and Elizabeth didn't have any problems with that and let us know that he stayed up to date on his meds. Peanut was relaxed when we picked him up. He didn't seem stressed at all. We would book with Elizabeth again. Super grateful to have found her for a last minute business trip!”
