Needless to say, I was nervous about taking her to someone's house for a week. Kelsey has many needs and is not easy to take care of. As soon as I met Mary Anne, I totally relaxed. I immediately felt that she would take great care of Kelsey, and she did. She kept in touch with me with pictures and texts during the week, and was very welcoming to my sister when she stopped in to visit Kelsey during the week. If she was not sure about something she would ask, so I never had a moment's concern about Kelsey's care. Mary Anne is truly a loving and caring person, and I would not hesitate to have her take care of Kelsey again. Kelsey enjoyed her "vacation" and I'm sure is looking forward to seeing Mary Anne again! About: I've grown up living with dogs and have been the primary trainer for my family's dogs. I do pretty well working with new pets and can handle full size dogs. I'm an engineer who gets home from work around 4 or 5PM. My weekends are empty 3/4 weekends a month. I can do overnights on Sunday and during the work week if your dog is used to being alone 9-5. I have a small yard, and live next to the beach. I typically walk my dog to the beach 2-3 times a day on the weekend and she swims often. I usually use a harness to walk dogs, never leave them unattended outside since I have no fence. Make sure they have food twice a day and water always full.

I work full time during the week but I am fortunate enough to able to come home for lunch and spend my time with my dog. I get out of work around 3 so my dog isnt left alone for more than 3 or 4 hours at a time ever. We spend our evenings at home playing in the fenced in yard, walking through the neighborhood or relaxing on the couch with a movie. I have a Yorkie and he loves to curl up on the couch with me. We have a fenced in yard and lots of space in the house for them to be comfortable.
