Doggy Day Care in Dixonville

About: We have 3 dogs of our own. 2 English bulldogs and a German Shepard mix. They’re family and I will treat yours the same! Let me know if you have questions - I’m happy to accommodate in most cases if your dog has special needs. I’m currently working part time but the dogs are all given plenty of exercise and playtime when I’m not at work. I have older teenage kids that also enjoy playing fetch and loving on the visiting dogs. I have plenty of space and all dogs in my care will be crated if I need to leave for work or to run any errands. Some dogs/owners may prefer a more secure environment. I also have a 7 kennel set up. It is a dedicated space built specifically for this. It is temp controlled, indoor and outdoor spaces are provided separately for each dog run and safety is a priority! When we have had to board our Shepard in the past this was our preference. He can be moody with strangers so it was always comforting to know he was safe and secure. All dogs are different and I’m fully prepared! 😊

About: I’ve been very fortunate to grow up with cats and dogs, I have always loved animals and own three beautiful pups myself. I am currently a stay at home dog-mom and am following school online, which makes me very flexible. I am a nervous dog-parent myself and pride myself in taking care of your pets the way I’d want someone to take care of mine. I used to own a reactive/nervous dog myself and know it takes time and patience for them to build trust and confidence with a new person. I prefer to meet you and your pet(s) before booking, that way you can ask any remaining questions and see whether or not I am the right person for you. The most important thing to me is making sure it is a stress free time for them. I have experience with the use of prong and Ecollar. I enjoy keeping dogs mentally and physically stimulated depending on their needs. If they have a routine, I’d love to be able to stick to it. I hope to get to meet you and your pet soon! I am currently a stay at home dog mom and study from home. I have plenty of time during the day to take care of your pet and plan my day accordingly. I have two dog neutral huskies myself. They get exercised, taken to the beach, go on car rides,…if you are interested in having them stay with me, we can make sure your pup(s) get what they need here as well! Since it can be stressful to have a stranger take care of them, I would want to stick to your dog(s) routine as much as possible, things they like to do,… If they love to swim, go to the beach or the dogpark to play with other dogs, as long as you feel comfortable withit. I got into the habit of sending lots of pictures and check ins.

About: I cannot recall a time in my life where I haven’t had a pet in my home.. until recently when our best guy crossed the rainbow bridge after 11 years of being our family’s protector and largest source of entertainment (a Labradane and eternal 11 year old “puppy”). We are a military family of 5, with kids ranging from 3-9, and are hoping to mend our hearts through caring for other pets while their humans are out! With the Lew Crew there is no shortage of love, attention, snuggles and belly rubs. :) I am a homeschool mom of 3 and we spend a lot of time at our house where your pet would be doted on endlessly. They would get very frequent potty breaks and time to run around in our large fenced in yard with or without the kids. We may leave the house for the occasional appointment or for church but are rarely gone more than a few hours. I live on an acre with a large fenced in back yard. My neighborhood is quiet and safe for walks with the family, and I have chickens and geese in a separate fenced area that provide plenty of entertainment for all ;) I can easily crate your pet as needed, as well!

About: I’m a full-time, work from home dog mom with plenty of room to welcome a few more furry friends! I have a fully fenced yard and a neighborhood for walks. I love to assist with training puppies, have lots of experience with kitties (even the grumpy ones) and love to go on long walks or to the dog beach! Before moving back to my home time, I lived in Mississippi and volunteered at the local humane society for 5 years and assisted with outreach. I work from home full time and have plenty of space and time to go on daily walks and welcome in more pets and friends into the home. I have a fully fenced yard and a spare room where your dog can be fully crated while I’m gone if you prefer crates. I also have pet cameras in the house so I can see and talk to your fur babies while I am away. I do have a toddler in my home, and because of this I kindly request that you be honest about your pet’s personality and ability to get along with children for the safety of my son.

About: I'm new to Rover but have spent my whole life as an animal lover. I am a conscientious and gentle person. I know how hard it can be when you're on vacation and your only choice is a kennel. I will make sure your pet has a great time and is comfortable with me. I've owned dogs since I was a kid and as soon as I turned 18 got one of my own and have cared for my dogs for the last 20 years. I currently have a schnoodle who's very sweet if you decide to board with me. I would separate him from your pet when I leave the house. I also have a two year old child and a six year old child but they are very gentle and love dogs. I am a stay at home mom so can take great care of your baby, giving frequent potty breaks and attention. I'm a stay at home mom so am home for a lot of the day. I can watch your dog every day of the week If I'm pet sitting at my home, I have a fenced in yard and can let your dog out every 2-4 hours. I could bring your dog on a walk every day around my neighborhood

I am open to all pet types. I am fully equipped and trained to work with elderly and sick pets. Meet and greets prefered We are home all day with your pets! As an educated and trained veterinary professional capable of handling all your pet needs medications, exercise, play time, and dietary needs Walks occur 3-5 times a day more if needed, access to a private yard for running or dog park. Sleeping arrangements would pend on pets comfort but I am not opposed to them sleeping in bed but kennels are available

About: We are a family that has both cats and a dog. We do not believe in crates or kennels but will use it for the protection of all if needed. We will keep animals separated if boarding or care is short term (1-3 days). For dogs, we have 10 acres naturally fenced area as well as a pond so they will get a lot of exercise and playtime. We allow for potty breaks frequently, since we are often outside. The pets usually have free rein of the house, so if there are any habits, we need to know about them. We know what it means to be separated from a pet since we experience three months boarding with our cat, Ricky. We will provide daily updates for your pet, so you know they are ok.
